Villa spreads on two floors and consists of 4 bedrooms (one double bedroom, two triple bedrooms and one twin bedroom) with 4 bathrooms and 2 toilettes, beautiful living room with connected kitchen and dining area.

The outdoor area surrounding swimming pool stretches to 1000m2 of trimmed grass and it is equipped with 4 deck chairs and 2 parasols, made from natural materials. For children safety garden is surrounded with hedge and natural rock fence. For entertainment there is badminton and table tennis, a swing, playhouse and a slide. Garden also encompasses barbecue area and beautiful covered terrace with dining table.

Villa Sole is equipped with digital satellite TV, DVD and wireless internet.

The village of Juršići sits in the southern area of Central Istria, in the municipality of Svetvinčenat. Istria region has irresistible gastronomy – truffles, fuži (traditional Istrian pasta), pršut (smoked ham), goat cheese or maneštra (traditional Istrian vegetable stew) seasoned with home-made olive oil and accompanied with renowned Croatian wines such as Malvasia or Pinot.

Pula (15 km) is the main regional town in Istra with an excellent selection of restaurants and an attractive shopping area. Take a stroll through Pula and experience the streets and squares in the old town, some of them have been preserved since the Roman times. The stunning amphitheater dates back to the 1st century AD and is the sixth largest in the world. The town center is about a 10-minute drive from Pula airport.

Fazana (10 km) is a small coastal town with a harbour from where you can take a boat trip to one of the most beautiful national parks in Croatia – Brioni. Fazana has a large pebble beach with a possibility of numerous water sports and activities.

Vodnjan is a typical medieval town with an interesting architectural pattern: the houses of the town also create the city walls and used to serve as a defense. The main square boasts with a breathtaking baroque church and a number of restaurants and a new sport park with tennis courts. St. Vicenat (5km away) a charming quiet town in central Istria. This town is centered around a number of beautifully restored 14th and 16th century churches and the fortified monar house. There are also several excellent restaurants and cafés and lately, Vodnjan is quickly becoming one of the top cultural towns in Istria with events taking place every weekend.

Rovinj (23 km) with a 1700 year-old history – the most beautiful and luxury tourist town in Istra with an astounding old city center – an architectural pearl. Its magnificent buildings and charming streets filled with small art galleries,restaurants and cafes are destination for tourists from all over the world.
