Located in the sunniest region of France, Roussillon, Saint-Cyprien welcomes you with its long sandy beach.

I propose a Holiday at the Residence Les Pierres de Jade in the exclusive area of ​​St Cyprian.

The apartment includes accommodation for 6 people, it is spacious and bright: 60m², it was completely renovated in 2014 and is fully equipped!

The kitchen includes:
Large fridge / freezer, 4 ring hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, toaster, blender, electric grill, electric griddle, cooker, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner ... etc .... etc ... and dishes for 12 people

The 10sqm balcony is facing south, there is a better description of the residence, sheltered from the wind, with umbrella and electric grill / griddle and garden furniture for 6 people. It will be very nice to cook mackerel, sardines or anchovies Mediterranean barbecue.

Great location
Nice compact property - everything you need. Lots of cats around the other apartments and the car park which was odd but good value apartment in a very nice town. Pool on the complex was also pleasant and appeared well maintained. I can't imagine it being an apartment to spend your days in on holiday but if you want a clean base to explore the area that is good value then this would suit. It's also near the main roads if you have car. There is a small shopping complex 5 minutes walk away with a couple of restaurants. The owners also provide 3 bikes to use, which could do with a service but were useful in just exploring slightly further afield than a walk will easily allow - e.g. to the large marina next to the beach where there are restaurants and bars aplenty. Security of the apartment was fine with locked gates for cars and pedestrians, although the pedestrian ones were usually open.

Well equipped apartment in a good location but no Air con!
The apartment is very well equipped, in a good location with a good clean pool. We would have enjoyed staying here more had it not been for the fact that when we arrived we found that the apartment did not have air conditioning which was an essential requirement for us. At the time of us booking the apartment it was clearly advertised as having Air Con, if we had know this wasn't the case we would have booked elsewhere. We complained to the owner about the lack of air con and since then this feature is no longer stated on the HomeAway listing. There was also a misunderstanding regarding security deposit and cleaning fees which were not made clear at the time of booking, these issues, however, were resolved promptly by the owner to our satisfaction during our first day. It is a shame about the air con as it made our stay very uncomfortable and had the apartment been equipped with air con as mentioned in the original listing we would have given a 4 star rating. If you are booking and air con is not a priority then this apartment is very good and great value for money
