About this property

Large apartment on the beachfront, quiet, beautiful views of the sea, with garage

On the eighth floor of a beachfront building, crossing East / West, it can live quietly: You only hear the sound of waves and seagulls around, while enjoying the beautiful sunshine with a light refreshing breeze midsummer.

Bordered on each side with large balconies (pool side terrace), it allows a sea view / walk waterfront / city Blanès East side at sunrise (with the famous "Sa Palomera" and castle view) and sea / beach / garden + West side pool. The apartment is very bright and all day.

Inside, it consists of:
- From a large entrance,
- On the left, a fully equipped kitchen large enough to eat,
- On the right, a large living room with a sofa 3 seats "electric relax" and a two-seater sofa both white leather, a large flat screen TV (107 cm, satellite connection) Sony and a dining area. The living room and the "parents" room open onto a terrace where you can eat while watching the sea, the pool and the garden.
- In front, a corridor serves the night part.

This part is composed of two rooms:
- The children's room on the left (East) with pull-out beds for two people, a desk and a wardrobe,
- The room "parents" on the right (West) with two beds "hyper comfort" electric (relax set foam polyurethane 2x80x200cm), a dressing room, two bedside tables and a flat screen TV, all overlooking the terrace with bath of Sun.
The two chambers are separated by two bathrooms equipped for the first of a shower, sink and toilet and the second a large walk in shower with spa, a washbasin, bidet and WC.

Renovated with taste, it will allow you to enjoy quality services: Air conditioning, shower-whirlpool, Astra satellite television, Bosch appliances, swimming pool, garage ...

The residence is located against the beach (a little busy street to cross).

The apartment has a garage under the building closed by an electric gate.
This garage has a sealed bar in the ground where it is possible to attach bikes (can also access the cellar). Since the release of the building, 10 meters is the large sandy beach. The large private enclosed garden (condominium), lawn and flowers, has large pine trees to have shade, a large swimming pool (25 m pool for laps), a paddling pool for children and shower in private. A breakthrough hedge of a door gives direct access to the beach (ideal to shower back from the beach before entering the apartment).

TWO IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE:
1> The internet access is done by a public WiFi of very good quality (flow of the order of 3 Mbps, with a powerful signal). I refund the subscription on the rental period on request on the basis of one ticket per stay. Only one device can be connected at a time with the ticket.
2> The cleaning must be paid directly to the cleaning lady (60 Eur). This cost is not included in the details of the fees because I do not make any margin on this post and this saves you expenses related to the booking site.

During the sunny days typical of the Costa Brava, you can stroll through the market of fruits and vegetables (all season morning) and buy the tastiest products, recently picked by the farmers of the city.
After, you can take a dip in one of the beaches or coves of Blanes, where you can also participate in activities at the seaside proposed by the Kids Club. After a good morning at the beach with family, you can take a break to taste the typical dishes of traditional cuisine from the wide range of cuisine available in the village.
After lunch you can take a cruise or take a journey aboard the train along the beach. From here you can admire the scenery of Blanes, such as the Castle or the rock of Sa Palomera, which marks the beginning of the Costa Brava. You can also stroll through one of the best botanical gardens in the Mediterranean: the Marimurtra or Pinya de Rosa. Both have a wonderful offer of flowers, with plants worldwide and exceptional views;
To end the evening in style, you can stroll to the harbor, where you will see the activity of the hall of fishermen, one of the few halls that are always active on the Costa Brava. And to finish the day, an ice downtown. However, if you still have energy, you can go bowling, where there are also a number of activities for kids, have fun at the Mini Park Garbí, with mini golf and many activities for the whole family if you love popcorn, you can go to eat while watching a 3D movie at the cinema Lauren. You can also go Karting Blanes to live the emotion of a circuit.
Sport lovers will also find family endless possibilities, like, a bike ride through the delta of the Tordera, or part or paddle tennis.

A few kilometers away, the village of Lloret de Mar offers a variety of activities to the end of the night.

Great apartment in Blanes
Lovely apartment in established block. Huge pool that always had plenty of room, beach over the road via the gate, beach bar, 5 minute walk to older town along the beach. Owner very helpful when we needed to call to sort shutter issue. We had 2 older teenagers (15 and 17) with us and Blanes was great for a mix for the whole family. Would suit any age as it's a lovely town. You can choose whatever level of restuarant / bar you want as Blanes has everything from budget to high end. Cocktails and food at Coconut bar was our favourite.

Great flat in a great setting
Light and airy property on the 8th floor with views up and down the coast. Not in the centre of town but close to the beach, a quiet location with a short walk along the promenade to the town centre. Around the block are shopping and leisure facilities to mak this an easy place to have a holiday. Well equipped property with all that you need to prepare meals at home an live in a home (rather than a holiday let). Lots of room and the luxury of 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms. The parking space is a great help (especially at the weekend) as even though we were there out of season, parking spaces were is short supply. In June- September parking around the block is charged. All in all, just a lovely flat in which to have a holiday in Blanes.

Lovely Apartment, Quiet Holiday
Stayed here for 10 nights. Booking process easy & the owner was lovely (contact via emails) & always responded the same day and very helpful. Once we had the keys & figured out which door it was to enter we found our way to the 8th floor apartment. First impressions were wow, this is great! It was clean, spacious and airy. The kitchen had everything you need and more - except couldn't find a kettle, but I think there was a coffee filter pot. My husband is now complaining because I want a new 'bosch' kitchen!! :) We did use the kitchen for some evening meals, the oven, hob, fridge etc were spot on & there was more than enough plates & utensils. The Lounge was comfortable & tv had many channels although English was limited. We were able to find a few channels other than news which made a change. Spacious dining area as well as kitchen. The bedrooms were both adequate & the beds were very very nice, no complaints there. Plenty of cupboard/drawer space. My 21 yr old stayed in the 2nd bedroom and said his bed was so comfy too. Bathrooms small but vanity units were nice & having 2 bathrooms made it a pleasure not having to queue for a shower! Only downfall here is there isn't a bath, not that it affected us but families with small children may prefer a bath for them. Hallway spacious & light, big useful mirror. Loved balconies on both sides and be nice to sit outside. The views from both sides of the apartment are wonderful. On a good day from the kitchen side you can see the mountains behind as well as the town and beach. Loved that there was a garage because even though parking was free on the roads (for the time of year) we felt the hire car safer in the garage had damage problems in the past and having responsibility of a hire car makes me nervous. Unfortunately the week we were in Blanes the weather wasn't too good & as the season hadn't started many places were still closed. We wandered into town every day, takes about 20/30 minutes to walk up to the rock at a steady pace. Blanes is a lovely town to walk round. We took a bus into Lloret de Mar one afternoon and a train to Barcelona another, and spent the weekend at the Grand Prix. Got on the beach for a few hours too that was nice as very few people were on it. All in all it was a relaxing holiday. Would I recommend this apartment? YES, Will we go back? If we are ever staying in the area DEFINATELY! Thank you.

A bright and airy apartment with glorious views!
We are widely travelled, and have stayed in many apartments, villas and houses over the years. I have to say that this beautiful apartment ranks as probably the best we have experienced! It is a spacious, airy apartment with commanding views on two aspects...the photos don't really do it justice. The spec is first class, and is extremely well equipped. The beds are extremely comfortable (rise & recline), and the sofas in the lounge are equally so. A well equipped kitchen with dish washer, washing machine, top quality oven, hob & fridge freezer are complimented by a vast array of all that is necessary for a hassle free holiday. The apartment is located just a short (10 minute walk) from Blanes old town with it's many eateries and shops. However, the immediate area has plenty of restaurants, bars & shops to keep you entertained. Indeed, just by the entrance are a couple of really nice bar/cafés. On arrival, the apartment was spotlessly clean and in top order, The booking experience was excellent with great communication from the owner Jean-Dominique who was pleased to answer any questions. Another big plus is the fact that the apartment has an allocated underground parking place-during summer months all street parking is paid (not a problem for us, as parking fees were suspended as we were late holiday makers!). There are plenty of places to explore around Blanes, and this part of Spain is very green and lush. So, in closing, would I recommend this property.......in a word...yes!
