The Villa includes:
- A 40m2 terrace with planting, private parking secured by a gate ideal for young children, for smokers a large ashtray is at their disposal on the terrace, BBQ.
- Ground floor: modern and fully equipped open kitchen with spacious living and dining area, TV, shower room (sink and WC).,
- Floor: 3 bedrooms; 1 opening onto the balcony with 1 double bed, 2 with 2 single beds, bathroom (bath, sink, storage and WC).
The bedroom windows have mosquito nets. A child protection is placed on the landing.

On your arrival, you will find at your disposal:
- a welcome gift
- a personalized welcome, as well as the necessary for cleaning and maintenance (dishwasher tablets, ...)

We welcome you upon your arrival to take you to the villa.
There we give you the inventory sheet as well as the keys and access badges of the villa and the estate.
The access bracelets for the play areas are to be collected, by yourself, at the reception of the domain.
The villa is cleaned by us, with great rigor.

DEPOSIT OF € 500 REQUIRED ON SITE, the € 70 cleaning at the end of the stay will be deducted from this amount

Au calme et équipements complets

En ligne avec le descriptif du bien, la maison a 2 salles de bains et les chambres étaient assez grandes. Un peu sombre dans la cuisine, mais les climatiseurs sont agréables et la fraicheur de la maison est appréciable. La localisation de la maison est à 5/10 mn à pied de l'accueil.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Vor allem die Klimaanlage war hilfreich… schöne Anlage, Nahe zum Strand. Alles bestens!

Maison agreable et résidence de qualité

La maison est bien équipée et la climatisation est fort appréciable avec les forte chaleur. Propreté sans défaut. L'escalier est assez raide, attention pour les jeunes enfants. La résidence est calme et le voisinage sympathique. Animations, 2 zones de baignades, toboggans, pétanque, jeux gonflables, proximité de la mer ... Tout y est 😊

vacances excellentes

maison impeccable, très propre, au calme le fait d'être éloigné des piscines. Véronique (la personne qui nous reçoit) est très sympathique. Maison très bien équipée, manque juste une machine à laver le linge. Je recommande cette maison sans problème.
