The brand new kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Leave the dishwasher to work on cleaning up as you watch the sunset, before heading to one of the three bedrooms for bed. Between a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two twin-size beds in the second room, and a another king-size bed in the third bedroom, and sofa-bed in living room everyone will have a lovely place to sleep. Lovely Visit! Dog Friendly!

We had a great time. Beautiful Waterfront views, nice house layout, super clean, with generous supplies provided. Fully updated interior of home. Dog friendly with nice grassy backyard. Easy access location to everything. We would love to return!

Beautiful views from almost every room - great location!

We loved our stay, the views of white pelicans in the water just off the back of our house was incredible. The pool was set to a warm temperature, and the house was as described. We are planning to use the same place for our next stay in Sarasota!

Great property

This was our first time staying in this location. It was extremely convenient to visit the beaches and great dining options. The host was on top of our needs and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The property was clean and well stocked to make our stay comfortable. Thank you!

Great Location in South Sarasota

Our family decided we wanted to explore the Sarasota area during our Christmas break this year. The house we stayed in was a perfect choice for our family of 4 and older dog. The heated pool sits right on the water's edge of the bay and the outdoor patio area was great for stargazing at night. The house was stocked with everything we needed except our own groceries. The location was a nice distance to downtown Sarasota or Venice to the south. We would definitely stay here again!

Fall break, family vacation

This was our first time at a VRBO, so we weren't sure what to expect. Everything was just as it was listed/shown in the pictures. Beds were comfortable, lots of space for everyone to hang out or to be by yourself. We had 7 adults, and a 17 year old. Pool was great, outside by the water was beautiful and we saw a manatee up close on the last day. We used the paddle board, and the beach chairs were great. The only con was that the house didnt have a box fan. Not a big deal, we bought one and left it there for the next group to use. Washer and dryer were nice to have. Beaches and restaurants were all close by. Host was easy to get a hold of with questions. We asked for a few more towels and they were delivered in just a few minutes. We would definitely stay here again, beautiful house!
