PRESENTATION

Built in the early 1920s for tourists, this maritime villa was enlarged in the 1950s for the operation of a small hotel until 2012.

After two years of renovation, Villa Gulf Stream returns to its original purpose, namely the home to vacationers looking for a pleasant stay in an exceptional environment

Villa Gulf Stream offers four accommodation facing the sea and the Seven Islands: two duplex 45m², a three-room apartment of 58m and a studio of 20 m².

THE DUPLEX ROUZIC

Two through levels compose the apartment where the sea view is breathtaking; It accommodates up to four people.

The first level is the living room with a comfortable kitchen; the second level, two bedrooms and a shower-toilet.

The first bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190) and the second two single beds that can be combined.

The access to rooms staircase is steep and this apartment is not recommended for people with mobility difficulties or very young children.

Satellite TV (TNT SAT) offers a wide range of French and foreign channels.

LOCATION
Villa Gulf Stream is located at number 26 of the street of the Seven Islands, between the Town Hall Square in the city center and the beach Trestraou.

All shops of the town center and the tourist office can be reached in less than 5 minutes.

Trestraou is the largest beach of fine sand Perros, where we find the pier for boats to the Seven Islands, the start of the footpath to the natural site of Ploumanac'h, the thalassotherapy center, the Centre for Congress, cinema, casino, water sports center, surfing and tennis clubs, cinema, and many bars and restaurants that enliven the waterfront.

From the villa, you can access the beach down the rue du Maréchal Foch extending the street of the Seven Islands, or directly by a staircase of 100 steps a hundred, whose departure is at hand.
Access

It is possible to dispense completely car if coming by train: a shuttle (The Puffin) regularly serves all the common areas (the Port, Clarity, Ploumanac'h) and a bus service ( tibus) liaises with Lannion and the other cities of the Côte de Granit Rose (Trégastel, Pleumeur-Bodou, Trébeurden).
Taxi services are available in SNCF stations (Lannion, Plouaret-Trégor Guingamp) and Lannion Airport.

Motorists are sure to park for free close to the Villa, including the parking 'Free France' 50 meters.

COMMON EQUIPMENT

All apartments are equipped with crockery and utensils and tableware for the occupants.

They provide access to a small garden below and a local garnished with sun loungers, tables and chairs available to vacationers who may also be storing their beach gear, surfing, windsurfing ...

A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board is available during the stay.

WARNING

We draw your attention to the specifics of our villa:
- As a former construction design, the building is narrow and protected area, it was not possible to install an elevator in the Villa Gulf Stream, which is not suitable for people with reduced mobility; families with young children are invited to prefer the three-room apartment, which has a completely independent access.

- While the focus has been on thermal and sound insulation during renovations, Villa Gulf Stream does not reach the acoustic performance of the most modern buildings. He asked the occupants to use discretion - especially in public areas - and not to use the laundry room overnight
