About the property

4 bed, 5 bath, 3Km from the beach, 5 minute drive to Vilamoura/Vale do Lobo

This spacious villa has 2 double and 2 triple rooms, also 2 extra put up beds which can fit into one of the large bedrooms if required will easily sleep 10 people (maximum 12) with the comfort of air-conditioning in hot summer nights and central heating on the chilly off-season stays.

The villa has a large garden with plenty of grass for kids to play around safely, 3 distinct patio areas that are marvellous for an afternoon chat over a cup of tea, 2 private terraces upstairs for reserved sessions of Sun bathing, gas BBQ and last but not least a large 11x6 meter swimming pool that catches the Sun all day long.

The lounge is large, airy and bright with plenty of seating and patio doors, which lead onto the terrace, pool and garden.

The kitchen is very well equipped with all modern conveniences – fridge freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and opens into the dining area with a large dining table and 8 chairs. (Outside on the terrace is a large table with 10 chairs which is used more often in summer).

The bedrooms configuration is:

1st FLOOR

• Master bedroom with super king size bed and en-suite hydro massage bathtub, a separate Italian shower, a toilet and a bidet.

• Bedroom with 2 single beds and extra room for an extra put up bed which is stored in the base of one of the singles enabling this to be a triple bedroom. En-suite bathroom with a bathtub, a separate Italian shower and a toilet.

Both these bedrooms have their own private balcony.

GROUND FLOOR

• Double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and a toilet.

• Twin room with an extra bed (can also be a triple bedroom) and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub with shower and a toilet.

All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and plenty of storage space.

On the basement there’s a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, drying frame, iron and ironing board. Also in the basement, a games room which contains a Television with a DVD, snooker table, tennis and football table.

This villa is very close to some of the best beaches in the area, all the amenities of places such as Vilamoura, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago – tennis, golf, horse riding, go karting, water park (Aquashow) and water sports. Restaurants/supermarkets and the local fish and vegetable markets are all easily accessible and for the more adventurous – bars and nightclubs are also located nearby.

There’s a local supermarket within walking distance to the villa that sells all kind of fresh local products such as fruits and vegetables and other essential household products. Also close by and every Wednesday is the gipsy market of Quarteira, all kinds of merchants go here to sell vestuary, local crafts and products, souvenirs, etc… who knows, you may get lucky and grab a good deal here.

This location is optimal for driving to the main attractions of nearby resorts in no time while still being away from all the noise and agitation of the crowded places.
