Stunning penthouse located on the top floor (3rd floor), furnished to the highest standard. This penthouse is bright, light and airy with a very large private balcony providing breathtaking 360 degree unspoilt views of the Mediterranean sea.

Furnished beautifully; with elegant, co-ordinated 'laura ashley' furnishings and a tranquil colour scheme which adds to the ambience of pafilia springs.

The penthouse is accessed through security doors with a lift, with covered private parking.

The spacious open plan lounge and dining area opens up to the large patio doors which leads to the extra large furnished balcony.

The balcony provides stunning sea views and overlooks the swimming pool and gardens. There is a raised deck area with outdoor sofa and chairs and large parasol. There are also two dining areas for al-fresco dining. A large cantilever parasol provides shade from the midday sun.

- large fully fitted kitchen boasting all mod-cons including large fridge, dishwasher, microwave and all utensils.

- open plan living area with open fireplace, TV, dining table, large sofa and wifi internet.

Great info that came through before our stay - we knew exactly where to go / how to get there!! Fantastic apartment, just as described - great contact with host and Cyprus contact - both really quick to sort a few minor issues on arrival. Wine and fruit on arrival was a nice touch. Location perfect, neighbours non intrusive, yet polite / friendly. Would def recommend. Local amenities good, even a gym down the road :o) Thank you for ensuring a great holiday away!!

Absolutely brilliant

First time in Cyprus and will definitely be going again. The penthouse apartment has a lot to do with this decision. It was very modern and clean. The outside terrace is the best feature of the house. With mountain views on one side and sea views on the other. Relaxing on the terrace after a hard day of relaxing on the beach was amazing!! Early morning dip in the swimming pool started our days off in the best way.

Ask the locals and they will tell you that peiya is the best place to stay when visiting Paphos. It's 5 minutes to coral bay and 10 minutes to Paphos town centre.

Absolutely loved staying here. See you again soon

Relaxing Holiday

Just returned from a fantastic stay at Peyia Springs Penthouse Apartment. Very spacious, private, well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Sun terrace was the highlight, it was huge with stunning views of the sea and hills. We spent many an evening having BBQ's , enjoying a glass of wine or 2 , watching the sun set..... Just perfect. The apartment is in a great location, 15 min walk to Old Peyia where there are plenty of traditional tavernas, bars, a lovely bakery and a couple of grocery stores. Busier Coral Bay is about a 5 min car drive so would definitely recommend a car if you want to get out and about. We had the swimming pool virtually to ourselves everyday. Jonathan the owner was great, answering any queries etc immediately. All in all a fabulous, relaxing holiday . Highly recommended!!!

Espectacular lugar perfecto para la familia 5*

Es un lugar fuera de lo común, la vista es espectacular, la terraza es grande para compartir con toda la familia, es el lugar perfecto para separce del trabajo, donde te encuentras con la tranquilidad y belleza, la casa súper cómoda, muy limpia, de verdad fue un paraíso, disfrute mucho. Se los recomiendo con los ojos cerrados.

What a balcony!

This apartment is beautifully equipped and immaculately clean. The main feature is the balcony- superb! This makes for such relaxing times and is the reason I will definitely return. The pool is lovely as are the nearby beach and restaurants. WE actually arrived ON 12 July but this form will not enter a date before August?
