Why Olivier Theffo chose Huez

I bought this property because I fell in love with the L' Alpe d'Huez resort and everything it has to offer. We like to go there in winter for skiing and in summer also for racing bikes and hikes.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is located on the slopes (ski in ski out) and it gives a beautiful view of the mountain ranges . Bus stop from Grenoble 10m from the apartment. There is a gym with indoor pool within 200m. All shops nearby.

Fantastic layout and location.

We have stayed in many ski apartments and this one has definitely been the best. The layout, storage and modern interior made it a fantastic apartment. We hope to be back next year.

Très bon sejour!

Appartement très agréable au pied du télésiège les bergers. Celui ci emmène directement au rond point des pistes.

A noter aussi que l'arrêt de la.navette est juste en face (pour ceux qui viennenten train)

De l'espace pour 4 personnes.

Des petits commerces directement au pied de l'immeuble.

Un gardien très sympathique vous accueille et vous répondra rapidement pour toute question .

Je garde l'adresse pour plus tard.

Un appareil à raclette serait le bienvenu 😊.

Pour le reste rien à redire.

Le propriétaire ne manquera pas non plus de répondre rapidement à toutes vos questions avant le séjour.

Et aussi bien voir raccourci pour aller au centre en face de l'immeuble à côté du télésiège. Nous ne l'avons découvert qu'à la fin... celui ci permet d'arriver en 5 minutes au centre : patinoire, piscine,boutiques. .

Un séjour extra dans un appartement très agréable!

Pour notre premier séjour à L'Alpe d'Huez, c'était une réussite! Un station où le dépaysement est assuré avec des pistes aux décors variées, un bon enneigement,... L'appartement est très bien situé (en face du télésiège qui mène au berger), pratique (une chambre cabine et un lit superposé isolé dans l'entrée ce qui permet d'avoir un peu d'intimité) et fonctionnel! Le propriétaire est facilement joignable et ne manque pas de répondre à toutes nos questions! La personne responsable de l'accueil réalise les formalités avec rapidité ce qui permet de profiter directement de son séjour! Pour 3 ou max 4 personnes cet appartement est parfait!
