Excellent

We stayed in the apartment in the summer for the Marmotte cycling event. It is in a perfect location near the centre of town. Plenty of parking, small shop nearby. The apartment itself is exactly as described. Enough space for me and my brother. Kitchen had everything we needed. Shower was powerful and plenty of hot water. If using for skiing, it appeared to be well located with lots of ski hire shops and a gondola right next to the entrance.

Perfect lift location and position for a couple or small family

We stayed at the apartment during 2019 Feburary half term and found the apartment to be perfectly located just on th outskirts of the main town of Alpe D'Huez. The apartment was located in an apartment block within 50m of the Alp Express ski lift that gave great access to the Bergers ski lift system, within the complexity there was close to the apartment a lively be and couple of restaurants, there was also a pizza take away, ski hire shops and a small supermarket. We found that the 5 min walk into the main town to be great after skiing to stretch your legs however if you were not inclined to do this then there were enough shops and facilities within 50m of the apartment. The apartment it's self sleeps 6 although for. our family of 3 it was perfect. The location was just one ski lift stop from the Tourist Information office where you can get ski passes and was also on th free ski bus route. Olivier owner was quick to respond to any queries and very helpful during th run up to our arrival. You will be met by Mr Canu the caretaker who although I did not speck Fench he was able to communicate with us using text and Google translate. There is a ski locker with the apartment and this compelled with the location of the ski lift made stating and finishing the day a dream. We would definitely use this apartment again on another visit.

Fantastic layout and location.

We have stayed in many ski apartments and this one has definitely been the best. The layout, storage and modern interior made it a fantastic apartment. We hope to be back next year.

Goede locatie

Een klein appartement en zeker niet geschikt voor eventueel 5 volwassenen (bedbank was stuk), maar verder een heel prima verblijf en een mooi uitzicht. Bed is wel wat kort en staat tussen 2 muren in, dus voor iemand van 2 meter is het lastig liggen. Verder alles (veel) aanwezig. Wij waren er tijdens de Alpe d'HuZes en de locatie was daarvoor perfect. Genoeg parkeergelegenheid. De verhuurder Olivier heeft ons altijd snel te woord gestaan als wij met vragen zaten.

I bought this property because I fell in love with the L' Alpe d'Huez resort and everything it has to offer. We like to go there in winter for skiing and in summer also for racing bikes and hikes.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is located on the slopes (ski in ski out) and it gives a beautiful view of the mountain ranges . Bus stop from Grenoble 10m from the apartment. There is a gym with indoor pool within 200m. All shops nearby.
