Located on Calle Preciados, a long street that perfectly captures the style and atmosphere of Madrid. In Preciados Street you can find a lot of shops and must-see sights are within easy walking distance. There are a number of metro and bus stops within easy reach, and a nearby supermarket itself stocks everything guests may need during your stay.

The apartment has been fully renovated to the highest standard, with a real emphasis on quality and style. There are two living rooms areas, both with large windows that look out onto the lively street below, and two classic French balconies that is perfect for sitting and enjoying breakfast or an after-dinner drink. Polished parquet flooring that makes a comfortable and graceful space. Dining table for six, and elegant chaise longue in one of the living areas. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room, separated by glass walls, is contemporary and new, and comes fully-equipped with everything guests may need. The entire living space has been designed with open plan living in mind, making it perfect for a group of friends or family. . The master bedroom is elegant, comfortable and bright with a separate bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The other two bedrooms contain a double bed and twin beds, and both have use of the apartment's second bathroom. Spacious, elegant, and with a great location this is a perfect location for anyone looking to spend some time in the vibrant and exciting center of Madrid.

Late check-ins have a special rate and are paid in cash when you arrive at the apartment.

Check-in after 8:00 p.m. has a cost of 30 euros.

Amazing apartment in a perfect location with friendly and helpful hosts.

The apartment is a really good size and well decorated, 3 double bedrooms and a sofa bed in one of the lounges. Well equipped and very stylish apartment. Location is perfect, close to all the main attractions and shops. The host who greeted us was very friendly and helpful.

Gorgeous apartment, great time in Madrid

I recently stayed here with 6 friends for 3 nights in October. Wow! The apartment was so lovely. It was decorated incredibly nicely and everything was spotless. There was plenty of space for 7 of us, with all the beds filled and one on the sofa. The living space was very large and it was great to have a dining table. The apartment is very central, right on Calle Preciados, a good shopping street. It only took us about 15 mins to walk anyway which was great! Daniel was very helpful. The payment was easy to make and he organised a taxi to and from the airport which was a weight off our minds and also cheaper than doing it ourselves. We had a brilliant time and would highly recommend both this apartment and Madrid! Thanks :)

Very nice apartment in a great location

This 3 bedroom 3 bath apartment was extremely inviting and comfortable to stay in. We were able to spread out with multiple sitting areas. The decor was great and everything you could need was provided. The property manager met us as we arrived and ensured we were comfortable and had what we needed. This was the last leg of our trip and it was the perfect place to enjoy Madrid and then come back to relax. The location is perfect - walking distance to everything but tucked away so there isn't a lot of street noise. We'll be back!

Location, location, location!

Big apartment in the heart of the action. Check in was very easy with the representative meeting us opromptly. There is a small walk from where the taxi drops you off. The apartment was very clean but maybe a little older than it looks in the listing. The building is very old with kind of a creepy entrance. The windows overlooking the street are beautiful. It can be a bit noisy in the front of the apartment where the “living” area is. This was awesome for all of the street musicians! Very walkable to all attractions. Grocery store and shops literally downstairs. My only real complaint was there was no hair dryer and really no attempt provide one. I ended up buying one.

Apartment in the Centre of Madrid

This modern and spacious apartment is well located for exploring Madrid, just steps from Puerta Sol. It has 3 good sized bedrooms (one with twin beds), a good kitchen and lots of space to relax. It is, however, in a very busy shopping area where the neon street signs and street life can make you feel like you are staying in Times Square. That said, the windows are well made and the street noise is minimal once you are in the apartment.
