About this property

The house dominates the very exclusive and natural DUBOKA bay on one of the most unspoiled parts of the island of Brac.
It is built 180 ° around a terrace facing the sea. Built in L shape, it offers moments of relaxation throughout the day.
A place to have coffee, another for family lunch and a family aperitif and finally a dinner in the evening: always facing the sea.
Renovated in 2012 and 2016, it offers modern comforts in every room. It has two double bedrooms including a master suite and two single rooms. Each room has its own washbasin. These rooms are also equipped with two recent and modern showers and three toilets.
The living room and the kitchen are decorated with a French touch to respect the beauty of the bay.
Outside, there is a nice Dalmatian stone shower after a swim in the sea.
The house is located in the middle of a large Mediterranean garden ensuring excellent tranquility among the pines.
The seaside is a few tens of meters from the garden gate.
You will enjoy a private and exclusive platform all day. A large scale bath ideal for young children invites you to swim in crystal clear water or go kayaking.
Activities in Milna are multiple. Milna (2.8km) is the nearest village within a few minutes drive. Bicycles are at your disposal for walks.
In Milna, you will find a wide choice of restaurants, bars with musical events.
Day trips to Hvar, Korcula or Dubrovnik can be organized from the village of MILNA.

Not as described

Although the villa has a wonderful view, it is not a nice place to stay. It is old, the decoration is dirty, nearly everything is broken and the facilities are lower than basic. The main bedroom in the pictures does not exist. Half of it is an outside patio and the other half is a squashed bedroom with tiny bathroom. The gas boiler is right next to your head when you sit on the sofa. The toilet right next to the kitchen smells of sewage and the toilet seat falls off. The bikes are ancient and all have punctures. The bathroom taps do not provide any cold water. The garden is broken rocks and weeds. The swimming pontoon has a lovely view but there are no chairs to sit on to see it. When we complained, Vrbo referred us to deal with the French owner directly - which was very awkward and spoilt our holiday. The issue has not yet been resolved. There are only two good things about this place: the view from the patio and the nice lady who lives next door. The rest is fairly old, dirty, broken and not anything like the pictures.

Gorgeous spot near Milna

We had a wonderful stay at this property near Milna. Large patio overlooks the ocean which was a few steps away. Comfortable home with everything we needed. Lovely outdoor eating and seating areas. The location is perfect, near a quiet cove. We'd love to come back some day and stay even longer!

Traumhafte Lage!

Die Lage, die Aussicht, das Meer sind traumhaft. Super klares Wasser, ruhige geschützte Bucht, in der es sich fantastisch schwimmen lässt. Schöner Steg mit solidem Kajak. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum, es lässt sich stundenlang auf das Meer hinaus schauen!. Das Haus besteht aus zwei Wohneinheiten, die über die Terrasse erreicht werden. die Ausstattung ist einfach. Weniger geeignet für sehr kleine Kinder.

Beautiful vistas and short walk down for a great swim

This is a basic but quite tidy property. It is cut into two separate buildings, but that works quite well. You must rent a car if you are staying here as it is almost an hour walk from Milna with some steep hikes. It is worth it because the location is quiet and pastoral.
