Great Beach location

Great location with easy access to the beach. Everything you could need for your stay from beach chairs to bikes and a full kitchen. It was also nicely decorated and very clean.

Great Condo

Very clean. Excellent location, very close to beach, pool, and hot tub. Garage filled with all needed beach items and bikes for nearby bike trail. Host Denise was very nice to correspond with and quick to respond. Amazing view of water from both balconies which can be enjoyed from cushion patio furniture. Plenty of towels and washcloths in each of the three bathrooms.

A great first family vacation to the beach!!

This townhome was great! The gated Sea Haunts is perfect for families and is easily accessible to the walkways to the beach and pool. From our balconies, we could see the ocean!! The available extra beach supplies in the garage made our stay very relaxing. We booked this condo in Sea Haunts because we had other family members staying in another townhome there. It was so much fun being so close to them right across the courtyard from our balcony. Denise was very accommodating and communication with her was easy and prompt. It's nice to have an owner that takes pride in her home and having her guests welcome. Thank you!

We enjoy the outdoors, mild weather and blue sky. We fell in love with the emerald coast the first time we stepped foot on the sugar white sand. We live in the beautiful mountains of western Pennsylvania, and plan to spend more time in Santa Rosa in the near future.

Why they chose this property

We rented a town home in this community and immediately knew we would be back again. This property is unique with private beach access just steps from the front door. It is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, state parks, golf courses . The large green space provides room for children to play or ride their bikes. There is something for everyone close by.
