This beautiful apartment is located in a stunning location and is in prestige condition. The apartment is literally 50 metres away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. The access to the beach is made directly from property, as are the local shops, restaurants, private beaches and bar. The apartment itself is located on the first fluor of a charming residence with private and secure parking. It has recently been renovated to the highest standards which include: high speed internet , air conditioning , flat screen TV with satellite and DVD player, fully equipped state of the art kitchen including dish washer, oven, induction cooking plates, toaster, kettle, cutlery etc .. Mountain bikes are included and there is also a direct access to the brand new tennis court. The balcony is a haven of peace. South facing, it's perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying lovely meals. This charming apartment comes with a beautiful, fully equipped bathroom including a shower and bath, a new washing machine and a towel heater.

The bedroom includes a king size bed with a dressing table and bedside tables along with a sliding closet with plenty of space, a window and mirror.

The inside includes a fold out settee for two, a flat screen HDTV, DVD, satellite access, internet access, cd alarm, and fully equipped kitchen. The brand new kitchen offers an oven grill, electric cooking plates, fridge-freezer, micro-wave, coffee machine. All necessary cutleries are provided.

All lighting is by 'spot' ceiling with three different dimmer zones.

Electric shutters are installed.

The balcony includes a table with four chairs and a sun shade. Also a 'weber' barbecue is provided. There are two mountain bikes.

There is a brand new tennis court (front), and to the rear of the building is located the parking areas as well as the clothes lines. Also, to the rear of the building is access to your local grocery shop (English papers etc).

The entrance to the property is secured by an electric gate.

The studio is 50metres from the beach, 100 metres from the shop and 100 metres from the restaurants.

The nearest golf course is 20mins away by car. If you’re after a peaceful, effortless holiday everything is catered for with several great restaurants only a stone throw away, as well as all of the above. You will also appreciate the calmness of the balcony ideal for reading or just relaxing in the sun.

Description continued ll: the apartment is located in St Clair which is part of the commune of the Lavandou. Le Lavandou is 40mins away from St Tropez and 40mins away from Toulon by car. Le Lavandou is a charming Provençale town located 15 min away by foot.

charming apartment, delightful location

The apartment is in a fab location, close to a wonderful beach, with restaurants close by and a 10 min walk (around the headland) to Le Lavandou. The apartment is nicely equipped (the addition of a couple of small chairs for the beach and a safe would be welcome) the owner Alex is pleasant and helpful I'm not sure we would have easily found the entrance without him! Recommended base to explore the local Ares (which is lovely and unspoilt compared to further east towards Cannes)

Super!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht. Die Wohnung und die Lage waren perfekt. Den Tennisplatz durften wir täglich benützen. Einzig mit den Fahrrädern hatten wir Pech. Sie hatten keine Luft und waren deshalb nicht verfügbar. Wir werden diese Wohnung gerne weiter empfehlen und haben sie auch selber bereits wieder gebucht!

Super Séjour !

Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire, à notre arrivée et tout au long de notre agréable séjour.

Appartement très bien équipé, calme, qui permet de passer un super séjour, avec terrasse appréciée pour les bains de soleil, les repas à l’extérieur. A proximité, un choix de très bons restaurants, une supérette avec pain, viennoiseries, journaux, etc..tout ce qu’il faut pour bien débuter la journée.

Nous avons bien profité de cette semaine avec entre autres, de belles balades sur les collines du Lavandou, jusqu’à la route des crêtes avec une vue imprenable !.

Merci beaucoup pour tout, cher Alex ! A une prochaine fois. Bien cordialement.

L'annonce et les photos correspondent à la réalité, fonctionnel, propre, a 50 m de la plage, jardin balcon avec vue sur mer et parking assuré bref un petit coin de paradis, propriétaire cool et sympa. Restos nombreux et à 2 km du Lavandou. A recommander d'ailleurs nous y retournerons promis !

The apartment is located on one of the most beautiful beaches of the Lavandou in a small village called St Clair. The local area has everything too offer most being walking distance, These include amazing coastline and beaches surrounded by breathtaking hills and historic Provencale villages. St Clair beach is a10min walk from le Lavandou which is 40min away from St Tropez and Toulon by car. Toulon/Hyeres international airport is 20mins away. There are too many local attractions to mention , but here is a list of some; The beautiful islands of port-cros and porquerolles, the famous villages of Bormes Les Mimosas, Collobrieres, Gassin, St Tropez, Ramatuelle, tha amazing beaches of Cabasson , Bregancon, and Cavaliere, the beautiful hills of 'les Maures' etc. The studio is walking distance from all main amenities including great restaurants, bars,private beaches, shops etc. So, for peace lovers or sports lovers or adventurers the area has everything one could want for, except maybe snow!
