2nd floor walk up. This unit is across street from beach. Alder Lane beach access was specifically mentioned as Hilton Head's hidden gem in U.S. News 2018. Across street from Marriott Grande Ocean Club. They have a great Tiki Hut or restaurant steps away or walk to Coligny Plaza. Best location on the island. Unit has been newly renovated with a Lilly Pulitzer mid century modern feel. Both bedrooms feature a queen bed. The kitchen has all new appliances. The bathroom has carrera marble and subway tile. TV in every bedroom. Free golf cart shuttle available. 2 Queen beds in private rooms, queen air mattress in closet.

New favorite place to stay!

We love this property! So clean and we love the decor. The location is perfectly located for us. The alder lane beach access is so close. Communication with owner was wonderful, she made the whole process a breeze! We look forward to staying here again next summer!

Love it!!

Loved every thing about this condo!!! Will book again when we visit HHI!! The decor made it worth the stay… so cheerful!! Location was great!! Very, very clean!! Appliances were updated and extremely nice! Had everything you would need.

5 Star Visit

We attended the 2023 Heritage golf tournament and needed a place to stay for the long weekend. This condo ended up being perfect for what we needed. Everything was clean, the beds and furniture were comfortable, check in/out was simple. The best part of the process was the communication with Alexandria. She was very responsive, respectful and accommodating. We needed to add an extra night at the last minute and what could have been a stressful process was streamlined and simple. 5 star visit. Thank you.
