4 bedroom, 3 full bathrooms. Sleeps 8. Located in a large gated resort. Our home is one of the closest homes to the pool and water park. Only a 2 min walk away!

House was bought in summer 2017, everything has been fully renovated to make your vacation as comfortable as possible. Fully stocked kitchen, full sized LG laundry in unit, large tv in living room, PS3 (bring your own games), board games, air hockey table, tvs in all bedrooms, comfortable beds (1 king, 1 queen, 4 twins) and all new bedding. Modern decor, private patio with seating provided. All towels and linens are provided. We also supply a playard (playpen), stroller, and a booster seat if needed! Plus a cooler and beach umbrellas if you're going to the beach! There is parking for two vehicles at the front of the house. This truly is your home away from home!

Resort has a full water park with sun deck, outdoor tables and umbrellas, lazy river, water slide, hot tub, zero depth entry area for the wee ones, volleyball court, and tiki bar.

Only 15 minutes to Disney, house is centrally located to all of Florida's major attractions. Only 35 minutes from Orlando international airport, and an hour from the Atlantic coast.

Resort is under new management. Spa and restaurant on-site!

Resort charges a mandatory $20/day per home resort fee charge (paid at check in).

Please read rental agreement prior to booking, once a reservation has been confirmed it will be assumed that the agreement was read and mutually agreed upon.

A home from home!

I really couldn’t recommend this property highly enough, for us it really was a home from home. Christine the owner has been super from the minute we booked until we left with communication and answering any questions we had. The bedrooms were all really well equipped with TVs and so much storage space. Also I really noticed a lot of little details throughout the house which other rentals we’ve stayed in don’t usually have; a vacuum, rubbish bins in bedrooms, laundry baskets, pool floats (even a pump) & beach towels...the list is endless! But these little things really do make being away from home so easy. The complex itself is excellent, with strong Wi-fi in the house and at the pool area. We loved that the pool even had an electric pump for pool floats! Our kids really enjoyed the slide and lazy river and there was always plenty of sunbeds too. Location-wise it’s great, walking distance to a Publix and a few food places which was nice for nights we didn’t want to head out far. All in all we had an excellent time and next time we visit Orlando we will definitely enquire about staying here again.

Shirt trip to pool

The only recommendation I would have is to have the AC set to a bit cooler. I had contacted property owner and she did say there were fans. And to let her know if we needed it cooler, but decided to just leave it be.

Perfect Location !!

This well appointed rental was VERY close to the pool and resort facilities. When we first walked in we were treated to a lovely welcome basket that included starter items for our stay along with fresh flowers on the dining table. Our host Christine responded to all of our questions promptly. There was an issue with the washing machine which was addressed right away with a very efficient and professional plumber. We stayed for over three weeks and made most of our meals in the well equipped kitchen. This kitchen is one of the better equipped of the rentals we have stayed at. Great rental !!!!

Theme Park Vacation

Great location within the resort. Short walk to pool and bar and grill. Very clean with all you need for feel like home living on your vacation. Very short distance to theme parks. Communication with owner was excellent. Beats being at a hotel by far. Will definitely return to the same unit for future vacations.
