The Cozy Condo #5 is an end unit of the Cherokee Trail Condominiums located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown. It offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a newly renovated kitchen with a stainless steel appliances and a living room area with beautiful views of Mt Moose and McKenzie Mountain. This place creates a perfect getaway for a weekend or your winter/summer vacation.
Enjoy some quiet time on a large, private deck with a grill after a walk or a hike in the summer or warm up at a cozy fireplace after some fun in the snow. It is in a close distance to some hiking, biking and x-country trails (Peninsula Trails, 2.7m Mirror Lake Route, Cobble Hill hike-family friendly). Both Lake Placid and Mirror Lake are in a walking distance just like the restaurants and shops of the Main Street. Whiteface Mountain is 10 miles away. Grocery stores are only a couple minutes by car.

Junior National Cross Country Championship

The home was well stocked. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues that the owner said she would repair immediately, But all could be fixed after we left. We invited 3 other couples for dinner and had plenty of space and chairs at the table for a comfortable dinner party. The owner was fabulous. We would stay there again. Wonderful, peaceful location. Loved it.

Wonderful stay close to downtown Lake Placid

Well appointed and quiet condo in walking distance to downtown Lake Placid. Enjoyed our stay! Dog friendly with a nice space for pups.

Perfect for an easy, comfortable long weekend!

The condo was cozy, and thoughtfully stocked for a long weekend for our family with 3 school-aged children! Great location, within walking distance to town. Very comfortable and clean. Zusana was a great, communicative host who conveyed the perfect amount of information / details for our stay.
