Great Location; Run Down Home

The views of the mountains from this home in a lovely neighborhood were beautiful. The home is in a great need of repair, due to abuse and neglect. Everything from the back sliding door not locking to dirty shower units were disappointing features. The owner immediately had an exterminator handle the bug problems, but other critters seem to be in the walls. I would not recommend this property.

Roomy and Comfortable

Lots of space, comfortable bed, nice AZ room and lovely view of golf course and mountains. Hosts were very prompt in answering questions. Easy check-in. Enjoyed my stay there. Linda T

Inconvenienced

Location and neighborhood were awesome. Cleanliness was just okay, cupboards and drawers not wiped need cleaning.. House is dated, yard and carport unkept.. Expected a working washing machine as advertised. Owner was aware and did not communicate prior to our 21 day stay. Contractors were working in the yard and house the majority time we were there. Overall disappointed on how the owner handled all the inconveniences.

Cute neighborhood

Neighborhood was quiet and nice. Friendly people. Pool was cold, probably not an issue for summer months. House was cute, could use some upgrades. Washer and Dryer were not working. There were only 2 bedrooms to sleep in. Big office, but was not useful to us. Overall a very nice experience.
