Awesome Wild Dunes Home -Just Steps to the Beach - Free WiFi

Beautifully decorated home in the highly desired Pelican Bay community of Wild Dunes. Just across the street from the beach, with a relaxing community pool. Master bedroom has a King bed and full bath. The upstairs bedrooms share a full hall bath and one has a queen bed and the other two twins as well as a private balcony. Enjoy a relaxing view of the amazing sunsets as you overlook the large lagoon in the back of the house. You might even get a glimpse of 'Allie' the neighborhood alligator sunning herself on the edge of the lagoon. If you are an early riser you can enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise as you rock on the front porch.

Located just a 20 minute drive from historic Charleston, there are numerous sites to see and places to shop. Within 5 miles there are over 15 restaurants, 7 golf courses, 3 marinas and several parks. Enjoy golf, tennis, nature adventures, boating, water sports and deep sea or in shore fishing. You may prefer a relaxing day at the spa or just sunning on the beach. Wild Dunes has daily activities for both adults and children. Rent a bike or bring your own and enjoy miles of scenic trails.

Weekly rentals only from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Cleaning fee for 3 nights or less. Monthly winter rental available.
Our cleaning service uses hospital grade disinfectants after each rental to protect our guests. Our pillows and mattresses have been treated with Microban antimicrobial.

Great place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to the Isle of Palms and nearby Charleston. The house was just what we wanted, we visited the pool nearby, walked along the beach and sat out on the porch watching the fish and Allie the Alligator who came out the water and chilled out under the tree. The only (very slight) niggles were, being foreigners we could have done with a bit of help on working the TVs and the furniture in the third bedroom was a bit "sticky" and we could only really use three of the drawers easily. The recycling bin was full to overflowing and collection dates weren't particularly well set out. However, these were very minor issues and didn't detract from our enjoyment. The Obstinate Daughter on Sullivan's Island was a great restaurant and the ice cream sold in the shop underneath was to die for. A very happy week.

Spring break vacation

The home and grounds were even better in person than online. Decorated very tastefully. Loved the shiplap in dining and great room. Perfect for our family. Very comfortable furnishings. The outside screened porch, front porch and back deck was like having extra living space. Our grandchildren loved seeing the alligator, turtles, crane and other wildlife next to the water. Very short walk to pool even though it wasn't open yet for the season. Walk to the beach was about 4 minutes and not bad at all. Loved the open area across the street. It was landscaped beautifully. Home was very clean and could tell it had been painted inside and outside recently. Our family loved our stay. We would definitely stay again!

We love IOP!

Conveniently located to everything in Wild Dunes. Short walk to the beach and short bike ride to boardwalk. Enjoyed the screened porch for morning breakfast.

Perfect Vacation Rental

The home was perfect size for my family. The house was well stocked with towels and the kitchen had everything we needed. Totally enjoyed the screened in porch and the the wildlife that visited daily.
