This gated residence offers 2 air-conditioned levels (not connected, meaning no interior stairs, each comprised of 2-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms and offering full kitchens, living rooms and a veranda or patio. You have the choice of renting just one or both floors. Either way, you can be sure of your privacy, because if you rent just one floor we will leave the other floor vacant!

Pristine Cove is located approximately 5 miles south of San Pedro Town, the only town located on the island of Ambergris Caye. South Ambergris is one of the remaining areas of the island still unpaved and accessible via old-style hard packed sand streets. An area within reach of San Pedro town via golf cart rental but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to ensure your peace and tranquility. The area of South Ambergris Caye also offers regular Neighborhood Watch patrols and a police substation.

In addition to housekeeping services once during your stay (mid-stay), our home also comes with daily grounds keeping services to keep the beach clean, well groomed, and ready to enjoy. Q. HOW DO WE GET TO AMBERGRIS CAYE?
A. Guests arriving to Belize must transfer via regional flight or boat to the island of Ambergris Caye. Most of our guests choose the flight option for its convenience and comfort. The island’s airstrip is in San Pedro town, the only town located on the island of Ambergris Caye. We are pleased to arrange your regional flights; the cost will simply be added to your incidental bill for payment upon departure.
Q. HOW DO WE GET TO PRISTINE COVE UPON OUR ARRIVAL TO THE ISLAND?
A. We are pleased to arrange your airport transfers; the cost will simply be added to your incidental bill for payment upon departure.
Q. HOW FAR IS PRISTINE COVE FROM THE AIRSTRIP/SAN PEDRO?
A. We are located about 4 1/2 miles miles south of San Pedro town, the road is partially paved and partially hard-packed sand. Shuttle van service is US$90.00 R/T per van, 1-5 guests per van.
Q. HOW DO WE GET AROUND THE ISLAND OF AMBERGRIS CAYE?
A. Your beach home is in the south end area of the island, away from the hustle and bustle of San Pedro Town. While taxi service is available on island (pay direct), most of our guests enjoy the convenience and novelty of renting a golf cart. You must have a valid driver’s license and be over 18 to drive a golf cart. Reservations are required; the cost will simply be added to your incidental bill for payment upon departure.
Q. WHAT IS PRISTINE COVE'S ADDRESS? CAN I SHIP ITEMS AHEAD?
A. We don’t stand on formalities here on the island. Pristine Cove is a "few houses south of Las Brisas".
Please note: There is no such thing as overnight courier service to/from Belize and the services that exist can be expensive and timely. Additionally, your items could get stuck in customs – for a very long time. In other words, shipping your items to Belize is not advisable.
Q. WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH OUR HOME RENTAL?
A. We start you off with the basics: Coffee, coffee filters, sugar, salt, pepper, paper towel, dish soap, toilet tissue, hand soap, and shampoo.
All towels and linens are provided.
WIFI is complimentary.
Q. IS THE HOUSE AIR-CONDITIONED?
A. Yes, all the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Q. CAN YOU ARRANGE OUR TOURS?
A. We are happy to customize and pre-book a tour package specific to your interests.
Upon your arrival at your beach getaway, we will review your activities itinerary and issue your tour vouchers. To avoid cancellation penalties – which is often the full price of the tour – you must cancel more than 24-hours to trip departure time.
Q. IS THERE AN OUTDOOR GRILL?
A. A charcoal grill is onsite. We can provision (approximately US$10.00 per bag) your home with charcoal with notice.
Q. DOES THE HOME HAVE A TELEPHONE?
A. There is no landline telephone. We do provide one complimentary local cellular phone with US$5.00 credit. Additional credit can be purchased online or at most corner stores. We communicate mostly by WhatsApp.
Q. IS THERE HIGH SPEED WIFI?
A. Complimentary WIFI is included. Please note that WIFI service in Belize.
Q. WHAT TV CHANNELS DO YOU HAVE?
A. The major USA Networks; ABC, NBC, CBC and FOX as well as their partner news channels are available along with HBO, a variety of movie channels and ESPN sports channels.

A. No, fishing equipment is not included.
Q. DOES THE HOUSE HAVE LAUNDRY FACILITIES?
A. Access to a washer and dryer can be arranged upon request (We do have a washer and dryer on the 2nd floor). NOTE: that Pristine Cove is not on city water, please be conscience of your usage and conserve.

Q. HOW IS THE BEACH? CAN WE SWIM OFF THE BEACH?
A. The beaches of Belize have Seagrass or "Turtle Grass" growing, this is harmless and in fact is an important part of Belize’s ecosystem. This grass can grow in our shallow waters as we have such strong protection from the World's second largest barrier reef. This means our waters are warm, calm, and shallow for quite a way out and we do not for the most part of traditional walk-in beaches. Swimming and diving off the dock is not permitted at this property. Please note: periodically, Belize, along with other areas of Central America, The Caribbean, Mexico, and USA, will experience periods of Sargassum Seaweed washing ashore. Sargassum Seaweed comes from the Sargasso Sea in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean and is normally kept at bay by water temperatures and currents. We work diligently to keep our beach clear; however, guests should be aware when visiting coastal areas that seaweed may be present.
Q. IS THERE A POOL ONSITE?
A. We have a lovely pool in the yard where you can cool down while enjoying the Caribbean views and breezes. There are two pools, one looks like a hot-tub but it is not.
Q. DO YOU PROVIDE POOL TOWELS?
A. We provide one pool towel per person.
Q. CAN WE DRINK THE WATER?
A. We start you off with 5-Gallons of purified drinking water in a dispenser. Additional 5-gallons can be provided upon request.
Q. IS THERE A DUTY-FREE SHOP ON THE ISLAND?
A. There is no duty-free shopping available on island. When you arrive in Belize, there is a duty-free shop at baggage claim where you can stock up on liquor and other items if you’d like.
Q. HOW CAN WE GET GROCERIES?
A. We can provide provisioning services in advance of your arrival or you can grocery shop once you are on island. We provide a map with circle the places to shop.
Q. ARE THERE RESTAURANTS, BARS OR GROCERY STORES NEARBY?
A. Playa de Sala (adults only) and STAX Coffee bar/restaurant, open seasonally during the day, is the closest (about 1.5 miles north) Black Orchid and Tequileria are within driving distance as is a very small grocery store.
