The property is located on a very quiet street that ends only 350 feet away at the Gulf of Mexico. A sunset walk to the end of the street is highly recommended, with or without a cocktail in hand.
The large yard is completely fenced both front and back to provide for a great dog atmosphere.
***Please be aware that the property is shared by the Bungalow and the Guesthouse. In this listing, you are renting the Bungalow only. Guests may be residing in the Guesthouse during the same time period as your visit. They are two completely separate buildings that are about 35 feet apart. They share only the use of a large fire pit, outdoor eating and entertainment areas, and gas grill.
