Apartment of 68 m² air conditioned duplex crossing with 3 bedrooms and private parking 10 minutes walk to the beach

Located south of the Côte d'Azur Var Le Lavandou named as 'The City of the Dolphins', is an authentic fishing village lying opposite the Levant and Port-Cros Islands and stretches over 12 km of coastline with 12 magnificent sandy beaches. Le Lavandou is nestled at the foot of the Maures, we find lush Mediterranean vegetation and a protected environment that has a mild and temperate climate, with hot, dry summers. This resort, modern, dynamic and sporty is a city of culture. It offers a broad range of leisure, entertainment, festivities, many shops and very good restaurants.

Entspannter Urlaub in Super-Appartement

Das Appartement hat unsere Wünsche für den Urlaub voll erfüllt. Die beiden Etagen sind funktional sehr gut getrennt: unten Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Küche, oben Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer. Das Appartement ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche war mit allem komplett, was wir benötigt haben. Das Wohnzimmer war auch gut eingerichtet, so dass sowohl der Wohnbereich als auch der Essbereich für uns sehr schön waren. Diie Klimaanlage hat ebenfalls sehr gut funktioniert. Dinge wie WLAN und Waschmaschine waren dann noch nette Add-ons. Die Betten waren gut und neuwertig und in keinster Weise durchgelegen. Die Lage ist zwar nicht in direkter Strandnähe, aber dennoch sehr gut. Ein großer Supermarkt direkt gegenüber, in kurzer Entfernung ein sehr guter Bäcker & eine Apotheke. Zum Strand sind es zwar 800m Entfernung, das ist aber durchaus machbar. Oder man fährt halt mit dem Auto zu einem der anderen Strände in der Nähe.

Die Vermieterin Lucie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit gewesen. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Wir werden wohl noch einmal wiederkommen.

Superbe séjour à la mer

Séjour relaxant

Appartement bien équipé, clair et accueillant. La possibilité d’utiliser Internet est un élément important.

Nous avons apprécié la proximité des commerces, la place du parking privé, le lave linge et la cuisine avec tous les éléments nécessaires.

L’accès à la plage est simple et rapide.

Des espaces verts sont contigus à la résidence, avec en particulier un golf et un parcours sportif aménagé.

L’accueil de la propriétaire est simple et très chaleureux.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est très agréable et spacieux. Il permet d'accéder rapidement aux plages à pied. L'accueil de Lucie a été chaleureux. Elle nous a indiqué de beaux lieux de promenades.
