Beautiful Villa, amazing staff

Great villa, we were greeted with a delicious cake and mint tea by the amazing staff Abdel Wahid and Mama Nazir. the rooms are awesome, very luxurious, clean. Pros: Has all the facilities, kitchen, tv etc. Heated pool is a must! It's so lush! Staff do everything they can for you to make your stay comfortable Lots of respect for the two Mama's (the two older ladies who cook and clean, very nice, and amazing cooks) Abdel Wahid good guy and looks after the place very well Villa backs onto a golf course which makes for a pleasent view Other feedback: Villa is a little far from city centre, taxi's cost around 50 dhiram which is not bad. Not much around the villa area apart from one restaurant. no shops for general supplies If you speak Arabic or French you'll be fine with the staff, although google translater did the job for us and we were able to communicate effectively with all staff Issues: Air Con for Master Room (which has terrace balcony), smells very bad, maintenance issue, so we did not use Shower heads in 2 of the bathrooms not that effective The driver Younis who took us from airport, is a not very reliable. Although he picked us up, he over-charged us for general use around Marrakesh, he never confirms price so you have to push him for this. And to top it off, he never turned up for our Airport Return Transfer, so luckily the resourceful Abdel Wahid got another driver who got us to the Airport. So if you meet Younis, dont bother using him unless you like to be over-charged / and want an unreliable driver. Sorry to say this. Although that is not the villa's fault, but just general feedback. 5 star all the way, I would definitely stay here again , owner is very good too Jean Marc, good communications and no problems getting deposit back. Thank you.

Tolle Villa mit fantastischer Betreuung

Wir waren 6 Personen und haben 10 Tage in der Villa gewohnt. Sie ist in einer bewachten Anlage und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vor Ort wurden wir von Abdel und seinem Team betreut, welche uns das Morgenessen und den Hotelservice einwandfrei und sehr herzlich erbracht haben. Wir liessen uns gegen ein geringes Entgeld auch zweimal Tajine zum Abendessen kochen, was wir sehr empfehlen. Ansonsten ist Marrakech eine tolle, geschäftige und pulsierende Stadt, welche einen rasch in den Bann zieht. Einziges Detail, welches uns aber kaum störte war, dass die Anlage in der Anflugschneise des Flughafens liegt. Für lärmempfindliche Personen eher nicht zu empfehlen. Im Fazit ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Mérite des rénovations

Cette propriétée est placée juste à côté de l'aéroport et les avions sont vraiment dérangeant... ils passent juste au dessus on peut y compter les boulons. Cette maison mérite un gros rafraîchissement - c'est tellement dommage de ne pas entretenir une si belle maison. La cuisine n'a pas de lave vaisselle - étonnant pour une propriété avec 6 chambres. Il y a une forte odeur d'égoûts dans les salle de bains. La piscine paraît beaucoup plus grande sur les photos et le mobilier extérieur n'est pas en très bon état - c'est vraiment dommage Sinon, le personnel est absolument exceptionel. Ils sont bienveillants, attentionnés et adorables. Nous avons divinement bien mangé un immense MERCI à Abdel, Najdia et Saadia... ils vont beaucoup nous manquer.

Séjour parfait dans une villa agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille à noël dans cette villa et nous recommandons à 100% A 10 min du centre et lieux touristiques (hors heures de pointes avec bouchon) et de l Aeroport, elle est très bien située. Le personnel est très gentil, discret et prépare un bon petit déjeuner. Excellente cuisinière également ! Bémol : légères nuisances sonores avec la proximité de l aéroport , supermarché assez loin (1,6 km le plus proche) et il manquait quelques éléments qui étaient indiqués dans l annonce notamment gel douche shampoing condiments épices .. mais super séjour !
