The Pearl Beach House sits on a half acre of its own and enjoys no neighbors for 3 lots to the north and 3 to the south (all of which are nature preserves). This unprecedented buffer surrounding The Pearl provides a quiet and peaceful oasis of privacy and seclusion! Perfect for honeymoons and anniversaries, The Pearl is not a party house but a private and well maintained gem of a home. The separate guest cottage – only 20 steps away – provides a second secluded space for up to 4 guests. With its own bath and shower, the guest cottage mirrors the fine craftsmanship of painted cedar interiors and hardwood floors. Both main house and cottage enjoy air conditioning (for hotter months), and plenty of screened windows to enjoy the natural air of the island and Gulf.

Guests at The Pearl Beach House have access to all buildings on the property – the Main House and the Guest Cottage. Included with your rental at the Pearl Beach House is access to the North Captiva Island Club, offering tennis courts, two pools and access to an outstanding restaurant and bar.

North Captiva Island is a private island. You access the island by ferry from Pine Island via a 30 minute boat ride. The ferry operates 7 days a week. We help our guests organize their travel to North Captiva Island via the Pine Island Ferry. Our check in time is 3:00PM and checkout is 11:00AM.

North Captiva Island is a private and exclusive community of beautiful beaches, outstanding homes and interesting people! The shell collecting on North Captiva is second to none anywhere! With over 450+ species of shells, you are guaranteed to find rare and unique examples you can't find anywhere else in this abundance. The island offers excellent fishing, remarkable hiking trails, and miles of white sand beaches. Guests who love long walks – whether on the beach or inland, shell collecting, or hiking in nature preserves will be occupied for days! But let's not forget how comfortable it can be to relax on a private beach or sun porch with a cool drink, fresh from the bar. At the Pearl Beach House, you'll find your ideal vacation property.

All transport on North Captiva Island is by golf cart. Guests need to rent a club cart from North Captiva Island Club for their use during each stay. The club office number is: 239-283-3630 or 800-576-7343. It’s recommended that all guests contact NCIC asap to reserve a cart if they desire one. Daily rental is about $75/day but the office can confirm the seasonal rate. Also please pay special attention to the island's rare Gopher Tortoises! You will surely come across one or two daily if you are out and about.

The property's owners are not on the island when guests are staying in the home. However, relax comfortably knowing local assistants are available to help – and that we're available at all times!
