Exclusive, holiday, retreat apartments in Malta’s most in the most fashionable area of Sliema just one minute off Sliema promenade. Not only they are a bolt hole in the sun, but this newly finished block of rental apartments offer something minimalistic but modern when it comes to decor. The aim for these holiday retreats is to utterly have a relaxed and calm environment with none of the clutter and fuss of a main home, thus a feel of a smart and comfortable retreat..

Each apartment differs from the other but yet all of them reflect the sunny side of our Maltese Island as all of them are airy and very bright. Each apartment provides a sense of cleanliness, tranquillity and comfort.

The block is set on 5 floors having 2 apartments on each floor the top most ones having seaviews of Sliema Ferry and Manuel Island.

This particular penthouse is set on the 5th floor served with lift with an approximate average size of 140sqm including both terraces.

At the entrance it has a spacious living area leading to the dining/kitchen area where it leads to a sundrenched terrace with seaviews. The front terrace comes complete with a Jacuzzi and a couple of sunbeds and a comfortable 6 seater table to enjoy the view in a relaxed manner at anytime of the day.

The kitchen also comes fully equipped and is ideal for preparing own meals and easy cooking. The dining table sits 6 people comfortably. Wifi and cable tv are provided on complementary basis.

Furthermore, this penthouse has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom comes with a double bed and en-suite. Furthermore, it has another double bedroom and another twin bedroom. Also it has one full family bathroom. The bathrooms differ from each other as one has a bath tub and the other has shower closure.

None the least to be missed out is the spacious back terrace with sofa lounge area and a bbq for easy fresco night cooking out. In simple words, this penthouse has it all, whether budget, views, nightlife, shopping, sun you name it.....

Refundable Damage Deposit £267

Minimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted pro-rata according to the season.
Deposit of 40% is required on confirmation. Preferred deposit payment methods are by bank transfer or by Pay-Pal. While the remaining balance is to be settled ideally 4 weeks prior arrival.

A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid on check in either to be settled by visa or cash. The security deposit will be refunded via credit card if paid as such after a maximum of 30 days. Or via bank transfer - if paid in cash - with bank charges incurred to the beneficiary bank account [should s/he not be in SEPA country] after a maximum of 15 days. Thus the beneficiary bank details will be required to refund the deposit.

Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.
Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities
- 100KWh- for 1 bedroom apartment
- 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment
- 200KWh- for 3 bedroom/ 4-bedroom apartment
- 300KWh- for villas

free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charged will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.

Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much as desired.
Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.
Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested.

Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.
