The living area makes way for the breath-taking terrace, which is the focal point of the penthouse. Stunning Penthouse - Breathtaking Views

We arrived at the penthouse in the afternoon after having booked a convenient taxi transfer from the airport. The apartment itself was amazing - modern and bright, and very clean too! The highlight was the magnificent terrace, the view of the capital Valletta is truly something to behold. The only drawback that we can mention is the fact that we did not have enough blankets when we arrived at the apartment, as it got quite chilly in the evenings. But this issue was quickly resolved by Ralph and his team, who provided us with more than enough blankets when we reported this problem.

Location,Location, Location !!!

The location of this apartment is superb. Close to all the amenities of Sliema and within walking distance of lovely restaurants and bars. The property was clean and well maintained and was better than the photos. The views from the terrace were superb and being on the top of the building meant that the noise from the traffic was minimal. The host, Donna was really helpful recommending lots of good places to eat and dealing swiftly with a couple of small problems. The information given to us before we arrived was excellent and we will definitely use this company again.

Stunning view

This was an excellent apartment with a stunning view over Sliema Creek. It is exactly as is shown in the pictures. The situation was also brilliant as it is only minutes from the ferry to Valetta, across the road from a bus stop, there are numerous really good restaurants within a few minutes walk, and a mall which includes a supermarket a ten minute walk away as well. The letting agency were very helpful from the start, and responded quickly to small problems that we had during our stay (the Internet issues were a problem outside on the street). There are swimming areas nearby but no beach. This suited me, but the water is deep so would not suit young children. To to put all the weather was hot and sunny all week!!

Sliema is a major tourism spot on the northeastern coast of the beautiful island of Malta. Visitors here will find an abundance of relaxing holiday activities available, as well as restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Notes

  • Minimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted pro-rata according to the season.
    Deposit of 40% is required on confirmation. Preferred deposit payment methods are by bank transfer or by Pay-Pal. While the remaining balance is to be settled ideally 4 weeks prior arrival.

    A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid on check in either to be settled by visa or cash. The security deposit will be refunded via credit card if paid as such after a maximum of 30 days. Or via bank transfer - if paid in cash - with bank charges incurred to the beneficiary bank account [should s/he not be in SEPA country] after a maximum of 15 days. Thus the beneficiary bank details will be required to refund the deposit.

    Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.
  • Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities
    - 100KWh- for 1 bedroom apartment
    - 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment
    - 200KWh- for 3 bedroom/ 4-bedroom apartment
    - 300KWh- for villas

    free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charged will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.

    Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much as desired.
  • Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.
    Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested.

    Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.
