Long Beach House is a fantastic 3 bedroom home with large terrace with outdoor furniture for entertaining and making the most of the stunning sea, beach and rural views. A large open plan kitchen/dining/living area creates a great sense of space and there are bi-fold doors which open onto the terrace and garden. An open doorway leads through to the well equipped kitchen/dining room with table and chairs and patio door which also openings onto the terrace. There is also a handy separate utility with washing machine and tumble dryer and a cloakroom to the ground floor. The first floor provides a master bedroom with en-suite shower room and contemporary stairs leading up to a mezzanine floor. There are large bean bags available for children to sleep in this area with bedding provided. The stairs are not suitable for children under 6 years. A more substantial pull out bed can be provided if required.There is a contemporary family bathroom, a further double bedroom with en-suite and a twin bedroom on this floor. Both the master and the double bedroom enjoy beautiful views out across the village, the beach and the sea beyond! Outside there is dedicated off road parking for 2 vehicles. Accessed from the side of the property and also the sitting room and kitchen/dining room there is a large terrace with sloping, lawned garden over looking Woolacombe Bay, the beach and the sea. The rear terrace and gardens are fully enclosed.
