Hills View is situated in a central location with large lawned garden, 3 beds (1 en-suite, 1 ground floor with shower) bathroom, kitchen/breakfast room, large dining/sitting room. The property offers 3 car parking spaces, board storage. Short walk to beach.

Hills View offers well proportioned accommodation with a lovely kitchen/breakfast room with built in appliances, TV with built-in DVD player and breakfast table. Large sitting/dining room with Freeview TV overlooking the large lawned garden, ground floor double bedroom with shower and sink (suitable for elderly relatives with restricted mobility perhaps) and family bathroom. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom with zip and link beds that can be made into a Super King size bed if required and master bedroom with lovely views over the village and hillside towards Downend, and stylish new en-suite bathroom.

Outside there is off road parking for up to 3 cars and further roadside parking if required. The large lawned garden is fully enclosed for children and dogs to enjoy safely, with a coal BBQ area, picnic bench, table and chairs and a shed is provided for convenient storage of surfboards and bikes etc. With wooden bench table and bench seating this garden is fabulous for enjoying meals in the garden and a well behaved dog is welcome.
