A very stylish modern property with open plan kitchen/dining/living room with a beautifully fitted kitchen. French doors lead out onto the decked area for outside entertaining. Inside you will find comfortable seating in the sitting room and a large flat screen television.

Sleeping/Bathing
Oo the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with a separate shower room. Travertine stairs with LED lights lead to the first floor where there is a double bedroom with views overlooking Croyde towards Baggy Point and the beautiful sea. The master bedroom also has lovely views and benefits from a dressing room with ample storage and a contemporary en-suite shower room. There is also a fourth bedroom which is arranged as a twin bedroom. The family bathroom has both a separate shower and bath with attractive LED lighting.

Outside
Outside there is driveway parking for one car and unrestricted street parking to the front of the property. There is a secure garage for storing bikes/boards and wetsuits which is also accessible from the rear garden. There is use of a gas BBQ. A wetroom can be found at the rear of the garage - perfect for washing down after the beach.

Good To Know
Seascape now has the wonderful addition of a hot tub too, perfect for soaking off after a day in the surf - an additional charge applies.

There is WI-FI available together with DVD player, Blu Ray player, Sky and an iPod dock! All the home comforts.

Bed linen & hand/bath towels are provided.

BOOKING INFORMATION
Please note that you are booking via an external channel and not directly through Ocean Cottages, therefore any information not provided directly from Ocean Cottages cannot be fully relied upon and pricing may differ. Please check payment and cancellation terms prior to confirming your booking.

Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due. The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

For Bookings confirmed with VRBO, Ocean Cottages will take your payment prior to confirming your booking, this could be up to 72 hours after receiving your confirmation from VRBO. If we are unable to accept your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible. Airbnb take payment on our behalf and pay us after your stay, they will confirm the dates and amounts due when you make your booking.

It is not possible to add any extras when booking via VRBO/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.

Available Extras:
- Highchair - One highchair supplied free of charge.
- Hot Tub - (Hot tub towels are not provided) - £200 per week/short break

Please note, to ensure optimum cleanliness & hygiene of the hot tub, it will be completely emptied, cleaned, sanitised and re-filled with water and chemicals on your arrival day. Therefore, the hot tub may not be up to temperature until the morning after your arrival.
