Large quiet duplex in the busiest area of Paris. In a street in the Latin Quarter dating from the Middle Ages.
Notre Dame, Louvre, La Sorbonne 5 minutes away. Direct metro to Musée d'Orsay, Versailles, Eiffel Tower at 50m.

The apartment was recently refurbished.
It is located on the ground floor overlooking a quiet courtyard. Access is secure.

The loft consists of an entrance with kitchen area, a bathroom, a large room and a mezzanine.

The large room of 27 m2 has overhead lighting. It is equipped with a sofa and a folding armchair which can each serve as comfortable sleeping for one person.

The large mezzanine of 11 m2 is isolated from the living room. It has a double bed (140 x 200). It is accessible by a steep staircase and has a ceiling height of 1.30 meters.

The kitchen is well equipped. The independent bathroom; has a large shower and toilet.

Sheets, towels and linen are provided, so cleaning at the end of the stay. The apartment is equipped with WiFi with television.

Fabulous loft on the left bank

We were visiting Paris for a family function and decided to make a 3 day holiday of it. We loved the location of this loft, just across the Seine from Notre Dame, in a very busy pedestrianised street, and yet when you enter the courtyard, it is an oasis of calm. It is also very easy to reach by public transport, in fact there is a lift (exit 6) at St Michel station that takes you right onto the street for the 3 minute walk to the apartment. The loft was perfect for three of us (couple with 19 year old daughter), everything we needed was at hand and we appreciated the history of the building. It is clean, functional, and yet has character. The only tip I would pass on is that you should space your showers as the hot water takes a little time to heat up between showers, but that did not bother us at all. We would love to return to this loft, its a great place to experience Paris.

Fantastic location and great apartment

Had a fantastic stay - everything was perfect ! This place is a hidden gem - right on one of the busy streets with bakery just steps away for breakfast, cafes for lunch and fantastic restaurants all on the door step but set back so not at all noisy once inside. The apartment is clean and spacious with everything you need. Owner was very helpful and friendly. Really was ideal place to stay and we will be staying here again when return to Paris later in the year.

Great location. Quick response

We are glad choosing this place as first timer in Paris, its in the heart of city, very convenient to metro, bus, taxi, its also within 20 minutes walking to quite a few museums. The host is very thoughtful by providing umbrellas, which we used the first day! We slept very well even though there's a lot of night life action outside, its pretty quiet inside. My kids slept well in the two separate sofa beds too. I learnt to be careful on the loft by not standing up, and had quick hot shower due to smaller size of water heater, and these are all not big deal given the convience of the location. You are talking about seeing the Nortre Dan just a few steps out! Host is pretty responsive on all my questions and they are flexible to accommodate our early check in time. Highly recommend this great place.

Excellent Location. Mediocre Accommodation

The good: The apartment makes most of the city walkable Check in/out is easy Size is reasonable The bad: You will awake each morning at 5.30 to the garbage bins being emptied Lack of supplies (no dish soap, toilet paper, sharp knives, asked to purchase drain declogger by host when the shower was clogged upon arrival - not reumbursed for any costs)
