The house has a surface of 110m2 on one level on 450 m2 of land completely fenced, with a closed garage.

It consists of a large living / dining room with fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher ...), 4 pleasant bedrooms with wardrobes, 2 with double beds and 2 with single beds, 2 bathrooms. bath (one with bath and one with shower) and 2 independent toilets.

This family home is fully restored and furnished new.

A laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
Linen (sheets and towels) are not provided. They can be provided against payment in addition.

Nice stay

Thank you, Patrick, for letting us stay in your beautiful house. We have found there everything we needed. It was very nice to have a separate house wings for each family. Also that the house is really close to the seafront. The only things were, that the street is only few meters away and at night car noise bothered until we closed the windows facing the street and opened the doors. There were mosquitos and we got bitten quite fierce - but that's not the properties issue :) Otherwise we had perfect conditions to enjoy our summer vacations.

Un superbe séjour

Nous sommes très satisfaits de cette location; propre; facile d'accès ; bien située; et nous ayant permis d'avoir nos compagnons à 4 pattes. Bien que n'ayant pu rencontrer Solange et Patrick; nos échanges par messages étaient rapides et cordiaux. Nous avons pu découvrir une très belle région; avec une météo formidable et sans la foule...le Bonheur! Nous recommandons +++
