The Villa has two floors, with 5 bedrooms (2 master suites and 3 guest rooms) and four bathrooms, as well as a 10. 000 square meter (107639.1 sq. ft) garden. Exotic white marble flooring is laid throughout the house.While stone pavements paths are surrounding the house.

The Villa is set behind 2 automatic wide gate with plenty of covered parking spaces. From the parking area, the house can be easily accessed (just one step) for all types of guests.

The large and beautiful kitchen (100square meters; 1079 sq. ft) can also be accessed from the patio. It is fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, 4 ring electric stove, dishwasher, wine refrigerator, pots and pans, plates and silverware, American coffee maker,ice maker, Espresso coffee maker,Moka coffee maker, toaster, blender, ice machine and microwave. The kitchen is also linked to the dining area, which is furnished with a spectacularly large round table, made of ebony hard black wood .
