About this property

Located in the heart of the city, directly on the marina and 2 minutes from the beaches, this new, air-conditioned 2-room apartment (50 m²) is located in a traditional Corsican stone house.
It is on the 1st floor of the house and consists of a terrace overlooking a garden and the marina, a living room (with a 140 cm sofa bed), a bedroom (bed double 140 cm), an open fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave ...), a bathroom (WC, washing machine) and separate toilet. Linen and sheets are provided.
All the rooms are facing the sea, with a superb view of the Valinco gulf and the mountain.
The shops, restaurants of the city center are within walking distance and the bases for nautical activities (diving, windsurfing, sailing, jetski) as well as boat rentals and sea trips are at the foot of the house.
A deposit of € 500 will be requested upon delivery of the keys and payable by check to the owner.

Parfait

Nous avons séjourné chez Antoinette et Francis qui sont des hôtes très accueillants et pleins de bons conseils . Le logement est parfait , la vue sur la marina un spectacle de chaque instant …. A recommander !

Emplacement idéal commerces et loisirs

Appartement propre,bien situé dans une cité encore préservé du tourisme de masse, idéal pour visiter la Corse du Sud. Propriétaires très sympathiques, toujours prêt à vous suggérer de bonnes idées de visites.

Idéalement placé

Un accueil parfait des propriétaires qui habitent juste au dessus, un appartement idéalement placé avec une vue sur le port de la terrasse superbe. A savoir pas de WIFi dans l appartement. Manque un aspirateur pour le ménage, c pratique quand même ..

Excellent choix de location. Des propriétaires adoran

Une location à recommander. Un accueil et une disponibilité des propriétaires impeccable. Mme E. vous fera bien mieux l'article sur la région que le syndicat d'initiative local !!! Vous êtes à 3 mn de la première plage , entre 1 et 4 mn des restaurants et commerces , en fait l'entrée du logement est sur la rue la plus commerçante de Propriano , mais les pièces de vie donnent sur le port de plaisance , donc très(très) peu de nuisances sonores. L'appartement était d'une grande propreté et comporte tout le confort nécessaire à une location de vacances: lave vaisselle, lave linge , cuisine équipée , etc ...
