About this property

Come stay and play at our home away from home - Serenity Riverside. This waterfront, gulf access home is in a quiet neighborhood, minutes from Yacht Club beach. Relax, have fun, and unwind. Swim in your private heated pool, go boating or fish off the dock. Check out some of our photos-The fishing is amazing!
Take advantage of the indoor/outdoor living and remodeled interior. Brand new sectional and 55 inch flat screen complete the living room. Dine inside or take in the view and dine on the lanai at our 6 man poolside table with flatscreen TV. The pool just under went a massive renovation and is heated to 80 degrees free of charge and ready for you to enjoy. At sunset, we have spent many evening watching the dolphins play at the base of the canal. After a day at the beach, relax in the HOT TUB on the lanai. We Provide two adult bikes, so you can enjoy a riding our bikes to the beach, bars, restaurants, & grocery store. Come to play or just relax at Serenity Riverside.

NEED TO KNOW:
POOL: The pool is heated to 80 degrees free of charge in the winter (Nov 1-April 15th). If you would like it heated higher, it is $50 per week.
FOR LITTLE ONES: Pack and play and portable high chair available upon request for no additional fee.
DOGS: Up to two small dogs are allowed, with a $149 flat fee per stay. Just click pets when you checkout on your reservation.
BOAT RENTAL PROGRAM: No need to pick up a boat or visit a marina. We will have the boat at the dock waiting for you. The standard boat is a 25 ft Tritoon and is an extra cost on top of published rates. Please contact owner for full details.

Serenity riverside

We enjoyed our stay Lisa the property manager is so on the ball and very quick to respond to any requests.. The best I’ve dealt with tbh, we have stayed all over Florida in holiday villas and Lisa was the fastest responder hats of to you! 😁 I did read in other comments that the kitchen isn’t equipped with everything, I would agree to an extent, the coffee pot is very small and mainly suitable for 2/3 people definitely needs to be bigger! Miner issue, their are other bits and bobs that would have made this villa a perfect holiday home but that’s my opinion! neighbour hood was great v quite it was our first time to cape coral it was ok I do prefer st petes/Sarasota area but this area is fairly good I wouldn’t rush back to Cape Coral but we did enjoy the villa with its large pool we all had a fab time ☀️😁🕶️

Great Rental!

Very easy check-in/check-out process and everything was great! The location is perfect being close to all the great spots in Cape Coral. I would recommend it to any of my friends/family.

Amazing view

This property was perfect for our vacation. Great location, amazing view of canal, lanai and pool was outstanding. Maggie and Lisa are super friendly and ready to help. Will definitely stay here again.

Maggie and Chad's Home

This property was beautiful and well kept up. Maggie and Chad were wonderful hosts. Very kind and easy to contact. They also responded quickly. Our family enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub and fishing of the pier. It was a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. I will rent this property again. We really enjoy staying here. nice rehabbed home

This is a very nice older home that has been rehabbed. The kitchen and baths are new and very nice. They provided everything we needed in the kitchen including some spices. The outdoor pool area is just as advertised. The pool is large and clean. The hot tub is free standing, 4 person, clean and gets to a toasty 104 degrees. The dock is concrete and wonderful for viewing wildlife. The neighborhood is great. The home is surrounded with new builds. It is walking distance to downtown restaurants which is wonderful and we took full advantage of it ! The owner and property manager were both very responsive whenever we called them. This home had a few things that prevented me from giving it a 5 star review. First the master bathroom has no door on it. The toilet is 3 feet from the bed. I did not care for it. This also doubled as the pool bathroom. The second thing that prevented a 5 star review was the size of the living area. It seats 4 only and that's tight. The home sleeps 6 but only 4 , really 3, can sit in the living room. The last issue was the old and worn patio furniture around the pool. They really need to upgrade the furniture for a 5 star experience. This house is fine for a weekend maybe a week for 2 - 4 people. We stayed 6 weeks and had multiple guests. For us it was too long in a house this size. In this home you are paying for a 3 bedroom but it lived smaller for us.
