Pargue Santiago 1 - one of the most attractive, and in many people’s eyes, the best apartment complex in Tenerife.

Parque Santiago 1 commands an extremely enviable, beach front, position, with the choice of several beaches accessible via Geranium Walk, the seafront promenade which provides easy access to all areas of the resort. The complex has a wonderful, swimming pool surrounded by a spacious sunbathing area, set in tropical gardens of palm trees and flowers. It is one of the few swimming pools in Tenerife that are heated during the winter months (October to April).

All properties contain satellite TV - including premium channels; Sky Movies, Sky Sports 1, BBC1 & ITV1.

Attractions: From Parque Santiago, non-golfers can choose to visit the tourist towns of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas for boat trips, golf and Siam Aqua Park. Rent a car and the whole of the beautiful island is available for you - a visit to Mount Teide is a must, and you can enjoy take in the beautiful north coast with a visit to the Loro Parque.

Notes for elderly or infirm: There is a single step to enter the villa. The downstairs bedroom is en-suite and requires a single step down. There are two steps down to the lounge from the hall. Note: Maximum guest - 6.

Excellent location and very comfortable home

Just had a great holiday here. The location couldn't have been better. Everything on your doorstep but not so close it was noisy or too busy. Taxi stance right outside meant travelling further afield was also very easy.

The accommodation was excellent. Very spacious with everything we needed. The pool on the complex was well maintained, as were the grounds. The pool bar did lovely breakfasts, snacks and cocktails too. We did also very much enjoy sitting around the terrace or making use of the sun beds there too. Would definitely stay again

Great Location and facilities

This is our second visit to the property and it did not disappoint and the view from the top balcony is second to none.Well equipped with all the requirements for catering,laundry and entertainment with sky sports 1,2 & 3 a bonus.Welcome pack an added bonus.Very central location with good restaurants and shopping nearby.If available we would return as it ticks all the boxes for a great family holiday

Home from Home, Excellent Location

Stayed in PS1 and PS2 many times and this villa was by far the best. Located in an ideal location and minutes from beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Villa fully equipped with all you may need for a relaxing holiday. We hired bicycles and this villa offers easy access directly onto the promenade. Welcome pack on arrival was much appreciated, water, wine, snacks. Owners communication excellent and the manager was very helpful on arrival and at the end of the phone should you need any assistance. Will definitely book again.

Lovely Villa, perfect location

We stayed here for 11 nights over the Christmas period and was not disappointed. The villa itself was lovely and spacious and had everything that a family would need. More than enough glasses, crockery and cutlery for a family of 6. Due to a broken leg our son had travelled in plaster and was using a wheel chair during our stay, the downstairs ensuite bedroom was invaluable, as too the direct street access from the rear of the property.

The location was excellent with restaurants, bars & supermarkets within easy reach, seaviews from the master bedroom, meant many hours were spent relaxing in the sunshine, watching the surfers from the balcony. And finally the assistance provided by the owners property manager on resort was first class, we would not hesitate to book again for a future trip.

Lovely villa, great situation

We stayed here for a week, travelling with my elderly mother, who does not walk well and uses a wheelchair when out and about. This villa was ideal. It has a downstairs en suite bedroom with access straight to the garden area and access straight out from there to the seafront area, with plenty of restaurants within easy walking/pushing distance.

The villa is obviously an older property but it is very comfortable - beds, sofa etc. were all great and there is plenty of space. The garden area was lovely, lots of plants in pots, sun all day and plenty of sun loungers and a big table and chairs. We spent most of our time in the garden, just walking round to the pool when we wanted a swim. The view from the balconies is lovely.

The villa is well equipped with plenty of glasses, crockery and cutlery (sometimes an issue when a property has a dishwasher and only 4 mugs!) We didn't do any real cooking but there are plenty of pans etc. if you did want to.

There are one or two minor issues - because the property is older there are a few dodgy cupboard doors etc.and the shower screen in the downstairs bathroom was rather difficult to open. There are also more keys than seems possible (and whilst I can see that the owners don't want to label them for security reasons some sort of colour coding might help). However the best recommendation I can give this villa is that as soon as we got home we booked it for next year!

Perfect family holiday villa

We have just returned from a 3 week family holiday in a perfect location overlooking the sea.

The villa was spacious and in good décor order it was cleaned ,bed linen and towels changed on a weekly basis.

Great location for shops, bars and restaurants and sea front walks to either Los Christianos or Adeje.

We would if available use this villa again as we had a great holiday with loads of good memories.
