This spacious and comfortable farmhouse of 260 m2, labeled Gîte de France (classified "furnished with 4-star tourism"), is intended for large families or groups of friends who want to enjoy nature. You benefit from a large garden with the portico and the outdoor games at your disposal. For hiking enthusiasts, the cottage is on the edge of the Greenway which connects Alençon to Perche and it is located 5km from the forest of Ecouves.
Ground floor: Entrance, large living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, utility room, w. c, games room (table tennis, mini billiards, table football, board games ...).
And: 1 ch. (1 single bed 90x200), 3 bedrooms. (each 2 single beds 90x200), 2 ch. (1 double bed 160 x 200), 1 connecting room with 3 single beds. 90X200), 2 shower rooms with wc, 1 bathroom, separate wc.
Bike garage. Central heating.
Sleeps: 14 pers. with 7 bedrooms.
Sheets are provided and beds are made for your arrival. The wood to make beautiful outbreaks in the living room fireplace is offered to you. Internet access is free.

racket games ....
The prices displayed are based on the gîte for 14 beds (7 bedrooms).

Séjour tres agréable

Nous avons passé un super WE en famille au gîte La Pouprière. Tout est prévu pour une grande famille (pièces spacieuses et bien équipées, plusieurs SDB et toilettes). Le coin est très calme et reposant avec les chevaux en toile de fond, c'est parfait.

A lovely retreat in the countryside

We spent a wonderful 4 days at this property. The house is large, clean and well laid out for two families. The grounds are beautiful and we really enjoyed just relaxing in the garden and taking walks around the area. Thank you! We hope to come back again.
