Lovely property.

The property is fantastic, we stayed there with 2 people so had plenty of space. The views are across the sea and port and are stunning. Truly only 2 minutes to the beach. The reviews regarding the shower flooding are correct, I just mopped teh bathroom floor after showering and it was OK. Also yes it gets very hot at night but I found teh ceiling fan OK, I just wouldn't stay in July or August again since it just gets too hot. However you can sit on the terrace in the shade with a bit of a breeze all day. There are also deckchairs to teh back of the property. We stayed one week but I think you can easily stay longer and be very comfortable. I would rewrite the directions though to let people know there are two entrances, one from the back and one from the front. We came by train and tram so walked to the property and at first couldn't tell where the entrance was. Maybe include the name of the building in teh directions.

Port de Sóller June 22

Great location so close to the beach, beautifully appointed apartment and spectacular view. I don’t remember seeing in the description of the property that it was on the top floor with 70 steps up to it however and there is no air conditioning which having just returned and whilst we thoroughly enjoyed 32 degrees , air con was sadly lacking. Otherwise, it was fabulous

Our place in the sun

Beautiful views from an amazing property. Food great, tram to Soller is an experience then on to Palma to see the Cathedral Lovely places to visit our favourite Fornalutz a short bus ride and Valdermosa is worth a visit.
