Tucked away on 38 acres of rich eco-systems, this remote island retreat offers a fusion of luxury and nature at its purest state. The resort is built in the heart of wetlands and oceans, the home of luscious vegetation, wild marine life, birds, and other forms of indigenous creatures. This is what our locals call a “Gold Mine”.

Our bungalow sits amidst its own cul-de-sac of turquoise green waters creating its personalized beach. The property then opens up to a bay called ‘The Bight,’ which provides a passageway through the shallow banks and into the Exuma Sound. Just a few miles south of Florida, Fountain Bay welcomes our guests to a boater’s and fisherman’s paradise.

Location is everything! Our accommodation was designed architecturally to withstand any tropical storm yet sit right at the helm of its own private beaches with panoramic views of the ocean bodies and natural creeks. The resort currently consists of 5 one-bedroom, luxury beach bungalow dwellings, and 4 two-bedroom condos fully equipped with self-catering facilities.

ONE BEDROOM BUNGALOW:

Papaya Villa, Mango Villa, Sapodilla Villa, Guava Villa, and Strawberry Villa, are all identical in design and comfort. These 900sqft units consist of an entryway that leads you straight into the bedroom area. The room is equipped with a 40-inch flat-screen, HD television, a 2 seated dining table with chairs, 10ft ceilings, spacious closets, premium bedding, and king-sized beds. The floor to ceiling, glass sliding doors offer a natural portrait of the pristine beach and a walkout to the furnished patio.

Back inside the bungalow is a galley kitchen fully equipped with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, teapot, dishware, and utensils. The design encompasses beautiful chrome fixtures, glass backsplash, and craftsman cabinets. Also near the kitchen are the laundry and storage rooms.

Lastly, and the highlight of this unit is the luxurious bathroom outfitted with travertine tiles and dual showers, one indoor and one outdoor. Yes, this room is the ultimate retreat and natural experience every vacationer wants to have.
