In the heart of Saint-Quay-Portrieux, the rental can accommodate up to 4 people in a 45m² space completely renovated and offering a bright and friendly space to spend pleasant holidays with family or friends.

Ideally located, this apartment classified 3 * by the Federation of Tourist Offices offers all the necessary comfort to lovers of the sea in search of rest and who wish to abandon their vehicle during their stay. All amenities (grocery store, bakery, doctors, pharmacists, cinema, La Poste ...) are within a radius of less than 100m and the largest beach in quinque (Casino Beach) is within walking distance in 5 minutes. Children and teenagers can find there various clubs to have fun, while the older ones will enjoy a moment of lazing on the fine sand or, for the more athletic, the nautical activities offered by our seaside resort. From the rental, you can also quickly reach the famous customs trail (GR 34) which runs along the Brittany coast and which notably allows you to reach the port of Saint-Quay-Portrieux offering magnificent panoramic views of the bay of Saint Brieuc.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by the owners Marion and Erwan, who occupy the terraced house for rental. Always present when needed while being as discreet as possible so as not to harm your peace of mind, they will guide you on your visits to the region or advise you on local restaurants not to be missed!

Contemporary in style, this 45 m² apartment is located on the 1st floor of a detached house, without lift. It consists of an entrance, a living room, an equipped kitchen / dining room, a bedroom and a shower room / WC.

Squeaky clean,modern, in centre of town

Such a wonderful find. A very bright, modern apartment in the centre of a lovely town between the port and beach area, a few minutes walk to everything needed. The owners are a lovely, friendly couple with two gorgeous boys. We spent a very happy relaxed week there and would recommend it to everyone. Andrew and Jean Martin

Lovely Apartment in Great Location

Gastgeber war Freundlich aber keine grosser hilfe in sache Resterants etc.Wohnung war sauber, aber die bilder täuschen, Bad war sehr Klein, Dusche zuklein für körpulenter oder eltere leute. Die gegand war schon, viele klein büchten und stein strände. Wir waren zu falschen zeit da, viel regen und heltigen winde. Für Mountainbike fahrer und Wanderer einen traum von gegend.

Schöne Wohnung für zwei sehr zentral und zugleich ruhig gelegen

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und perfekt für Zwei die auch mal gerne selber kochen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, in der Wohnung fehlt es an fast nichts. Schmaler Balkon mit kleinem Tisch und zwei Stühlchen. Netter Blick in den Garten, schön um die Abendsonne beim Wein zu genießen. Kurze Wege in beide Ortsteile, Bäcker quasi vor der Tür. Das Auto kann auf der Straße vor dem Haus geparkt werden, wir haben immer einen Platz bekommen. Sehr schöner Ort mit Hafen und netten Lokalen zum Essen und Trinken. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Haus, ist sehr nett und spricht Englisch und sogar etwas Deutsch. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen und würden wieder kommen.

Nos vacances

Nous avons passé de belles vacances à Saint Quay. Les plages sont super et les sentiers du GR34 magnifiques. L’appartement est agréable, propre et proche de la plage et des commerces. Un gros bémol sur la propriétaire que je n’ai pas trouvé conviviale. Il ne reste soit disant rien des précédents locataires. Vous devrez tout racheter (thé, café, sucre, lessive…). C’est là premiere location estivale que je fais où il n’y a absolument rien. Même le depannage de papier toilettes supplémentaires à mi-séjour m’a été refusé bien que j’ai payé pour 7 nuits et je suis restée que 5 nuits. J’ai également payé pour 4 alors que nous etions que 3, (moi et mes 2 enfants de 5 et 7ans) le différentiel est faible mais pas de proposition de remboursement. Les propriétaires vivent en dessous.
