Fitted with 1 bedroom with king size bed, 5 ft mattress also available on floor if need, brand new sofa beds & 3 seater sofa with chaise, 2 bathrooms with shower located on each floor + pantry downstairs.
The Spaces:
-Pantry with good size of refrigerator, recently bought brand new appliances i.e. toaster, kettle and microwave, dished, bowls, cup and glassware, Knife and large wooden cutting board.
-2 bathrooms with hot water machine and free bathroom amenities to use while you are staying with us i.e. towels, soap & shower dispensers on both rooms.
-Living room downstairs, newly bought 3 seater sofas with chaise lounge, TV with cable + more than 100 channels, coffee table and lamp shade.
-Living room upstairs with brand new sofa bed, beanbag & coffee table including the view of Doi Suthep at the side window on the western side.
-Bedroom with wall mounted Air-Conditioner + Wooden Bed with King-size mattress and bedding sheet, Dressing table and wardrobe also provided.
-5 ft Spare mattress (cotton stuffed 75mm. Thick) very comfortable to sleep on, this only go on the floor, available if need.
-Free Wi-Fi everywhere in the house – do not hesitate to ask co-host for password.

House Rules:
-Private access at front door 24/7, Guest own keys once check-in.
-Children are welcome, baby feeding chair and travel cot available on request.
-No Pet are allowed.
-Housekeeping as per requested, small fee apply.

This place where I grew up in has been rebuild again into brick since 2005 from wooden house. We provide all this room and facilities for Guest.
