You will absolutely love staying here at Estero Beach & Tennis Club. This lovely 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Condo has tile floors throughout and sunlight pouring in through large windows and large sliding glass doors. Newly remodeled with island flair, it's your perfect getaway headquarters. This efficiency unit includes a fabulous Full Kitchen with new appliances - including that of so important dishwasher - granite countertops and a Breakfast Bar for three. A room divider separates the Living Room with its large screen TV and sleeper sofa from the Master Bedroom which features a king-sized bed. The Full Bath features a large vanity with granite countertop and shower/tub combo. A spectacular panoramic island view of the island is yours from the 10th floor open air balcony to take in the Bay waters, the sugar white sand beach, and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

For your convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities in building C, elevators, secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking. There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied.

The Estero Beach And Tennis Club Resort Complex which sits on 11 acres of lush tropical vegetation offers brand NEW 4 Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts, a fountain lake, resort-sized heated pool, 7 miles of white sandy beach on the Gulf right outside your back door, great fishing, all at the southern upscale and quiet end of Fort Myers Beach AND all for the best deal on the island.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the grounds of the Estero Beach and Tennis Club and the experience will be different than if you stayed at EB&T prior to hurricane Ian. The Club has been hard at work to make the grounds beautiful again. Despite their recovery and rebuilding mode, they are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches in their backyard. Your vacation condo has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no washer/dryer in this unit. Laundry facilities are located on the ground floor and are available to all residents and guests of Estero Beach & Tennis Club. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
