Casa Cascada (Condo Maraica) in Sayulita is a spacious, comfortable, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom fully equipped condominium. It is part of the 10 unit complex of Maraica Condominiums, with access to an outdoor pool, gorgeous gardens and on site parking.

Casa Cascada is located on the North End of Sayulita, across the street from the north beach and a short 10 minute walk to the town center. The bedrooms consist of a master suite with a King bed and ensuite bath and a second bedroom with two Twin beds and a second, separate bath. Casa Cascada is a front lower unit with terrace and garden, and space to park a golf cart.

The condo also offers a fully-equipped kitchen, making it the perfect choice for families or couples looking to get away for a Mexican holiday! A quick walk from the plaza in the center of town, Casa Cascada provides the perfect mix of a relaxing vacation while also being able to enjoy all the attractions Sayulita has to offer. Total Relaxation

This place was as described. Nice and quiet location, easy walk to town. Just what we needed. Arturo was great. Easy to get a hold off and ask questions. Beach a short walk away. We will be back!

Perfect

Everything was perfect. Only complaint we were supplied Beach supplies & 4 out of 5 beach chairs are broken & the umbrella is also broken. (Unusable) An umbrella is A MUST, we had to pay to rent one.

Quiet and clean

My sister and I stayed here for a long weekend to explore the area. The condo is on the north end of town and is nice and quiet at night. You can see the ocean through the palm trees in front. We walked downtown everyday and it only takes about 10 minutes. There are several small neighborhood bars in the area to grab a drink on the way back to the condo after dinner. We had a very relaxing visit and will definitely come back.

Wonderful Property

We stayed a week at Casa Cascada and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The property offered everything we needed and was in a great location. Communication beforehand with the owner was fantastic. The area was quiet, but the Sayulita town center was an easy, 10-minute walk, and a few very good restaurants and bars were even closer. We could see the ocean from the front window and hear the surf even with the windows closed. The a/c was great, but the ceiling fans usually were enough. The bathrooms and kitchen were nice and well equipped, and we were especially happy to have a washer and dryer (though the dryer is not vented, which is odd and probably a long-term problem for the house). The garden area and swimming pool were beautiful. Altogether, we really liked Casa Casada and definitely would stay here again. Thank you, Nikki, for sharing your home with us for a few days!

Perfect Spot

This is a great property in Sayulita! Easy walk to town. Quick access to the beach. Nice sitting on the patio listening to the waves in early am and evening.
