Holiday rental of an independent stone house of 150m2 in Casteljau "les tournayres" in Southern Ardèche to receive up to 10 people, near the Chassezac river and Païolive wood in the town of Berrias and Casteljau

200 m from the gîte, the Chassezac river offers magnificent sites for swimming, canoeing and climbing. For walks or long hikes, the Païolive wood has many "curiosities" such as its Dolmens.

At 8Km, the village of vans with its Saturday market, 12km the village of Joyeuses and 15 km the village of Vallon Pont d'Arc.

The cottage is located near major tourist sites - the Ardèche gorges, Pont d'Arc, Chauvet cave, Orgnac aven, Cocalière cave. The Cévennes, Nîmes, Avignon, Pont de Gard are also nearby and the Mediterranean just 2 hours by road.

Proprietaire froide et malhonnête fuyez !

Proprietaire froide, pas du tout accueillante. Aucun acceuil en fait car l'arrivee se fait via une boite a cle. On est très loin de la bouteille, jus de bienvenue vécu avec d'autres loueurs. Aucun etat des lieux d'entrée, on l'appelle pour des questions, on a l'impression de la déranger meme d'etre pris pour des imbeciles.Dans l'annonce est indiqué qu'il y a un terrain clôturé : qui n'existe pas.Les chambres à l'etage invivable tellement il y a fait chaud : pas de clim. 110 euros de prélevé pour un lave vaisselle qui n'a pas ete lancé, c'est du vol, quelle honte !

Gîte spacieux, éclairé et propre

Nous avons apprécié ce gîte très spacieux a l intérieur et à l extérieur. Bcp de vaisselle et tout le nécessaire en électroménager. Par contre nous avons eu très chaud dans les 3 chambres de l étage. Il n y a ni volets, ni stores a l étage alors que les fenêtres sont exposées Sud, sud ouest et 1 chambre a un velux. Nous avons été bcp gènés par des alambics. C est dommage qu on ne l ai pas su a l avance nous aurions pris des prises anti moustique. Cela nous a pour certains empêcher de dormir. Mis à part cela nous étions ravis. Il manque aussi un Book notamment pour nous indiquer les activités et les lieux de baignade par exemple même si Sandrine a été très réactive lorsque j ai posé des questions.
