Carefully furnished, this modern cottage is quietly located in the countryside in a green park of 2000 m², between Bergerac 20 km (vineyards of Monbazillac and Pécharmant) and Périgueux 35 km, 1 hour from Saint-Emillion; village with shops about 6 Km.
Private pool of 4 m x 8 m covered, heated (open from May 1 to September 30), with deckchairs, parasol, shower.
Two terraces: a covered and a discovery, with garden furniture, a ping-pong table.
Inside: 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with 140 beds and 1 dorm room with 3 beds of 90), 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, dining room-kitchen (oven, microwave, plate cooker, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and a sitting area. All equipment is new. In addition, at your disposal: baby equipment (wooden high chair and wooden bed) and washing machine in the laundry (access from outside).
Bed linen and towels are provided for the number of guests indicated upon reservation.

The best Gite we've ever rented!

This property was the best gite we have ever rented. Spotless on arrival, the facilities were great (heated pool, table tennis, sauna etc) and the very friendly owners on hand. We stayed here as 1 of two families and would recommend it for anyone wishing to visit the Dordogne Region.

Superbes vacances en famille

Cette habitation est vraiment une pépite. Tout est propre et fonctionnel. La literie est de qualité (ce qui n'est pas un détail). Beaucoup d'espace, surtout en extérieur. Piscine sécurisée. Nathalie, est très réactive et aidante. A réserver les yeux fermés. Encore Merci!

Countryside getaway

The property was absolutely beautiful! So quiet and such a gorgeous neighborhood. The communication with host Nathali was flawless and they made sure things were taken care of right away. Very much will recommend this listing to anyone wanting to get away to southern France and enjoy the quiet life.
