AMAZING VIEWS ABOUND IN THIS STUNNING 5 bedroom 4 bath Sunset Beach home with PRIVATE POOL and boardwalk to the beach right out your front door! Sunset Beach is an exclusive gated community with a neighborhood pool, clubhouse, and tennis courts. Guests will love gathering in this open floor plan with large kitchen, dining, living rooms, and multiple open air balconies. There is a huge screen porch overlooking the beautiful Apalachicola Bay and the private pool, complete with dining tables for outdoor dining or family fun time. Great for entertaining family and friends! This floor also has a Beachside King bedroom with views of the gulf and BEACH from its own private balcony and bath. The 2nd level boasts Master Suites with King sized beds facing the bay with large covered porches along with 2 more bedrooms with balconies providing great views of the beach. Each bathroom comes with double vanities giving multiple guests their own space. The house is one of only a few in the gated Sunset Beach neighborhood that has its own private pool. The boardwalk is directly across from the driveway, just steps to the beach and great gulf views.

This house has a well equipped kitchen, has double vanities in each bathroom (this is a must for female guests!), luxury linens, multiple TVs, great views due to the empty lot directly in front of the house, a private pool, and has direct beach access. There is an outdoor grill, outdoor shower, fish cleaning sink and plenty of parking…please feel free to bring your boat!

We want our guests to come back again and again so we have tried to make our home stand out from the rest. We have thought of everything to make your vacation the very best!

The #1 Beach is adjacent to Sunset Beach…St. George Island State Park (9 miles of untouched beaches, dunes, bay, marshes…and boat launches)

Hootie Hoot Beach House at SGI has access to the Sunset Beach Clubhouse with community pool and tennis courts.

Sunset Beach COMMUNITY POOL is heated. (The target heating for the pool in the winter months is 85 degrees. The only time the pool will not be open is if the ambient temperature is 55 degrees or below.)

Nice week

Very nice location/property. Nice having own pool even though there is community pool in complex. Small issues quickly resolved by owner. Would recommend for a quiet location.

Amazing location

The beach was perfect and located just steps from the front door. The beach was not crowded at all and the home was incredibly spacious. The pools was awesome to have if the waves were too strong for the little kids too!

Family vacation

The house was the perfect size. Even on the second row off the beach it had a nice view of the beach and ocean. Family area was perfect for the adults and the college teens stayed in the room off of the livingroom which worked great for our family. Short walk to the beach. The outdoor shower was a perfect addition. The swimming pool was not very clean, it was cloudy but we still used it everyday. We did not call and tell anyone so that is our fault. I would stay again but would like to see some of the following things done to give a 5 star rating. The house needa a good cleaning, not just a wipe down. Dirty on window seals (bugs and dirt build up) also under beds and against wood work (not just the center of the floor needs to be cleaned each time). Bikes need work or replacing , tires flat and dry rotting on one of them. Paint peeling around the house, in kitchen it was rough. Shades need replacing in living room. 1 missing and 1 did not work. The day bed and pull out needs replacing. Only bedroom that was not comfortable but managable for younger teenagers. They can sleep anywhere and be happy. I still give it a 4 star for a wonderful vacation. The response from the owner was quick and helpful for the couple of things i did send to her.

Great week

Our stay was wonderful at Hootie Hoot. House was exactly as represented through description and photos. The large dining table and family gathering area was perfect for us all to be together. Owner was quick to respond when we had questions. We had no problems during our stay. We did let owner know about the pool fountain not working(which did not impact us using the pool at all, we just wanted to let her know) and pool company came to fix immediately. Would recommend this home to family groups.
