The new apartment (March 2014) of about 30 m² and is located on the ground floor in a quiet environment (Nantes south) 200 m from the busway (Gare SNCF NANTES 20 minutes by busway). Close (900 m) from the edges of the Nantes sèvres for hikes into the heart of Nantes and beyond. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms wood structure with flat green roof. It has south of a large bay window and a skylight in the roof built to provide maximum natural light. The views are framed on two nearby trees. It is accessible to the disabled. The interior spaces are functional and quality (floor heating to enjoy a gentle heat and the floor is made of resin). The comfortable equipment is complete.

séjour adéquat pour de courtes périodes

très bel appartement très propre bien agencé et bien équipé seul petit bémol : environnement bruyant par les travaux sur une journée dans la rue et par l'entrepôt accolé à l'appartement réveil de bonne heure par l'entreprise qui vient charger son camion garé sous notre fenetre plusieurs fois chaque matin proximité des moyens de transports et des magasins Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui sont ultra disponibles

Séjour très agréable

Le logement est bien entretenu et le contact, facile et agréable avec la gérante. La ligne de bus 4 est proche et permet de se rendre au centre ville en 15 minutes. Je recommande ce gite.
