ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT: 2 Cots, 3 Highchairs, Baby Rocker, Large Baby Buggy (with parasol), Small Umbrella Buggy, Changing Table, Baby Walker, Potties, Baby support for bath. All bed linen and bath towels and beach towels included. All bedding for cots provided. Tea towels, cloths, dishwasher tabs, cleaning equipment, washing up liquid, hand soaps, many extra luxuries provided as standard.

OUTSIDE: Secure parking for car, Stone BBQ, Table and chairs for 6, shaded dining area under gazebo on raised patio, sunloungers, safe play for children (lockable gate to pool and terrace area).

The private and secluded swimming pool is fully tiled and approximately 8m x 4m with plenty of space for swimming and enjoying a cooling dip in the summer months. The deep end of the pool is 2.6m with a diving board. There are built in steps at one end and also an outside shower. The pool is set in a tiled (non-slip) terrace and offers privacy as it has walls on all sides. This makes it a regular sun trap and protected from the wind. The pool/terrace area has many sunbeds. Extra tables and chairs are provided under the shady porch area. Outside safety plugs so you can use your laptops and mobile phones! WiFi available around the pool. Non-breakable safety plates and cups/glasses are all provided for your snacks and drinks to be taken at poolside.

The pool also has lights and can be used for that evening swim. Lights also fitted to terrace and porch area.

Floatie aids, swim rings and armbands are all provided for the children to use free of charge. Also parasol and chairs provided for beach, buckets, spades, windbreak, etc.

Un super séjour !

C'était notre 2ème séjour à la villa "Las Mariposas" et nous sommes toujours autant satisfaits.

La maison est idéalement située entièrement équipée.

Nous avons un bébé de 8 mois, tout y était.

Le top du top : la piscine ! mais aussi le Calme et la gentillesse et disponibilité de Mandy !

Nous y retournerions sans hésiter !

Great place

It's a great villa. Perfect for families especially with babies. Has everything you need. Great pool andbig sized rooms.

Un accueil très agréable et une villa très bien située dans un quartier très tranquille. La piscine est superbe un vrai plaisir pour nager ! La villa est très bien équipée avec aussi la connexion internet ! Je recommande vraiment cette location !

Vacance andalouse

Avons passé un tres bon sejour dans cette maison qui est tres bien équipée

La piscine nous a ete d un grand reconfort (beaucoup de vent pour aller à la plage)...... Mandy est une personne tres acceuillante et toujours prete à repondre à nos attentes ainsi que son mari d ailleurs

Le seul bemol c est qu il faut prendre sans cesse la voiture pour se rendre à chiclana village ou à la plage .....

Mais si vous allez en andalousie il faut visiter ces villages blancs tipiques donc la voiture de toutes les façons il en faut une !!!!

Malgré le vent nous avons eu des températures digne d andalousie

Merci Mandy à peut etre une prochaine fois avec mes enfants et petits enfants

Sí, estoy de acuerdo que usted no necesita un coche, pero hay tantos lugares bonitos y variados para visitar que no están demasiado lejos en coche. No se puede hacer nada sobre el viento de levante, pero la piscina y la casa al abrigo del aire acondicionado con mucho equipo ayuda. Gracias por su comentario y esperamos volver a verte pronto.

Merci à Mandy pour son accueil et sa gentillesse!! Villa très bien entretenue dans un quartier très calme .la région de Cadix est superbe.. Nous avons passés un superbe séjour avec une piscine très propre grâce aux petits bras de Mandy.... Vraiment une villa à conseiller!!!!!!!!!!!!

villa décevante

Bon accueil de Mandy et bonne connexion internet.

Quartier très bruyant (chiens qui aboient toutes les nuits).quartier sale (poubelles éventrées partout).

Impossible de se balader à pieds sans se faire agressé par les chiens

Rues très étroites ressemble à un ghetto et non résidentiel

Pas d'eau potable ni assainissement non spécifiés dans l'annonce

Accès à la piscine qui se trouve chez la propriétaire(donc non privée mais à partager)

12 kms de la plage et non 6 kms

pour mon compte personnel ce n'est pas une villa luxueuse mais tout simplement une maison traditionnelle très bas de gamme pour le prix demandé exagéré pour les prestations.

Chauffe eau bouteille de gaz très désagréable pour prendre une douche(variation de température sous la douche).

Literies pas très bonnes.

très déçu par la "villa" et le quartier par contre belle région de Cadix.

Owner's Response: La villa est située dans un quartier résidentiel dans le village de Pago Del Humo, plus de 400m de la route principale. Notre rue est bitumée. Le quartier est généralement calme, bien que, de temps en temps, on peut entendre les aboiements des chiens. Ceci est habituellement quand ils entendent des sons dans le silence de la nuit près de leur propriété. Ceci est normal pour les chiens partout! Le point principal pour la collecte et le recyclage des déchets se trouve à la fin de la route; plus de 400m de la propriété. Les poubelles sont vidées quotidiennement. Il ya très peu de chiens errants sur les routes dans notre voisinage. Ceci est classé comme un quartier résidentiel. Les villas privées - comme le mien - sont tous construits sur un terrain de 500-1000m2 et toutes les routes d'accès sont goudronnées. La source d'eau pour la majorité des maisons hors de la ville Chiclana est par des puits de forage. Bien que les autorités déconseillent de boire l'eau du robinet, il est complètement sûre et acceptable pour cuisiner et se laver. L'assainissement est normale pour les douches, les toilettes, les éviers et les lavabos. Cette villa a un accès exclusif à la piscine. Il est dans un domaine clos et privé pour l'usage exclusif de les locataires de cette villa. La distance réelle de la villa à la plage est 10.2 – 11.1 kms et nous allons modifier notre site. Je vous remercie pour noter cela. La villa elle-même est impeccable, avec des nombreux objets supplémentaires inclus. Les draps en coton et autre linge de lit et les serviettes sont tous appariement et remplacé chaque saison et, si nécessaire, plusieurs fois au cours de la saison. La villa est décorée et mis à jour chaque année à un niveau élevé. Mes prix sont en ligne avec les propriétés de location similaires dans cette région. Le chauffage au gaz (nouvelle mi-saison 2015) est vérifiée régulièrement pour la sécurité et la performance. Je suis déçu que votre séjour chez nous ne correspondait pas à vos attentes. Je l'ai eu de nombreux clients réguliers qui sont venus une deuxième ou même une troisième fois ici pour leurs vacances.

I love this area, very Spanish and quieter than the Costa del Sol. There is a lot to see and do and everyday is different. The food and climate are wonderful. We are in a very central location for visits to Jerez, Vejer, Cadiz, Puerto Santa Maria, Medina Sidonia, Canos de Meca, Conil, Tarifa, Gibraltar. We are in a small village but only 5 minutes from Chiclana town with its markets, cafes and town squares with many churches to explore.

The villa Las Mariposas is set in a central location, allowing a refreshing freedom and flexibility. It is set in a peaceful and quiet residential street, but only 5 minutes from the bustling town of Chiclana de la Frontera. The area of Pago del Humo has its own pub/restaurants, mini supermarkets with freshly baked bread, pharmacy, other amenities are at hand and the village stays open all year round.

The villa is 15 minutes easy drive to beautifully clean sandy beaches. Even the most popular beach 'La Barrosa' in peak season, has ample cheap car parking alongside. As for the beach area itself, plenty of space to spread out and relax. There are clean shower blocks and toilets and also Lifeguards are on duty in high season.

Short and off season breaks are becoming increasingly popular, where one can enjoy a self-catering property at a peaceful and unhurried time of the year. Spring and Autumn are a particularly pleasant time in which to explore the Cadiz area. This is the ideal time to go for a walk in the countryside to see the fauna and flora. Have day trips and explore the beautiful villages at Grazalema, Vejer de la Frontera, Ronda, Antequera, Barbate, Conil and Cape Trafalgar. Visit Tarifa and marvel at the kite and wind surfers. Walk the Roman ruins at Bolonia, visit the tax free shopping haven at Gibraltar and visit the Apes.

Enjoy nature at its best in this relatively unspoilt part of spain.

The wonderful City of Cadiz, a short drive away, is a must to visit on your holiday in Andalucia, Costa de la Luz. The ancient city is approximately 3,000 years old. Cadiz is a very relaxed and easy-going city. People sit outside at the cafes all day long enjoying the cool sea breeze and warm sunshine, gazing up at the Moorish architecture. The old quarter is probably the most beautiful with the mansions of yesteryear merchants, towers, picturesque squares are awe inspiring. Visit a Roman Amphitheatre, admire the Moorish influences. Visit the grand Cathedral or the enormous Ficus trees in the parks and gardens with wild parrots. Shop in the main plaza/square, enjoy an ice cream or tapas in this beautiful area. Cadiz is so close to my holiday villas that many guests choose to spend more than one day visiting Cadiz.

Seville is known as the cultural city of Spain. It is about an hours drive. Or you can park (for free) at the local train station and for a moderate price let the train take you to the centre of Seville. Places to visit in Seville are the Cathedral and Giralda, the Tapas bars of Barrio Santa Cruz, the Alcazar, the Roman ruins of Italica at Santiponce, see the spectacular Plaza de Espana, take a river boat or horse and carriage trip. Take the children to Isla Magica Theme Park (Seville's Alton Towers) or visit one of the city's tablaos and experience a Flamenco Show.

For people who love nature - it is all here. The famous Donana Nature park with its pink flamingos is close by. The easiest way to explore this nature reserve from the Explorechiclana rental villas is to drive to Sanlucar de la Barrameda and catch a small foot-passenger ferry across the Guadalquivir river to the nature reserve.

Off road trails for walkers are abundant. They are the old Canadas (drover ways) which, in the past, the cattle drovers would bring their livestock to the port of Puerto de Santa Maria to provision the ships in the days of the Conquistadors. Bird watchers will see griffin vultures, storks, kestrels, buzzard, pink flamingos and many other species.

Beaches are not for everyone. This area abounds with Culture, History, Walking, Hiking, Riding, Water sports and Golf. The rental villas are centrally located for many daily trips out. The town of Jerez is 30 minutes drive. Take a tour of one of the famous Bodegas of Jerez and see how Sherry and Brandy are made. The town is rich with historic and artistic sites, one day is not enough!! Visit the Moorish Alcazar and gardens, the Clock museum, 15th century churches, the Flamenco museum etc.The performing horses of Jerez are a wonder to behold. For motor sports enthusiasts visit the famous race track. Formula 1 test their cars here and the Moto GP is normally the first one of the season.

The villa's location in a quiet residential street, within walking distance to bars and restaurants, all on tarmac roads, unlike many other villas in the area which are situated a long way down unmade roads. The large kitchen and open plan, bright airy lounge, air conditioning to the lounge and bedrooms for Summer and log fire for supplementary heating in the colder months make staying in the luxury well-equipped villa a pleasant home from home experience. Beach is only 12-15 minutes drive away with ample parking and loads of facilities. Owner on hand to provide help where necessary, hospital/clinic trips, help with translations and where to go and what to do!
