In a green setting, the apartment 'Ecrin Secret' is located in a Hausmannian building at the end of a secure private and quiet street, ideally located close to the metro (30m).

Completely renovated, the apartment is located on the first floor in a beautiful building. Chic and modern, you will enjoy the loft atmosphere, the space, the high ceilings with exposed beams, as well as its brightness with its many windows.
Children will love sleeping in the cozy alcove of the mezzanine looking at Paris sky from the roof window, on a confortable double bed (140 cm wide).

You will appreciate its great comfort and its high-end and modern equipment (Internet, free Wifi, iPOD / iPhone station, TV with international channels, DVD, rain shower ..).
The apartment had got an entrance with a cloakroom, going to a large living room with high ceiling, exposed beams and equipped with a comfortable leather sofa bed (140cm wide), a large screen TV with all international channels, DVD / CD player , video games.
The kitchen is opened on the living room. It has a large high table that can accommodate up to 6 people. It is fully equipped with induction hob, automatic hood, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, micro wave, oven ...). Tea and coffee will be available upon arrival.
The bedroom is equipped with large queen bed (160cm wide) with hotel quality mattress, a nice dressing room and a corner office with Internet, Wifi connection, and accessible USB plugs to easily recharge computer, tablet, camera ...
The luxurious bathroom is connected with the bedroom and is equipped with a rain shower on the ceiling and a hand shower head.

Sensitively restored property

Excellent for visiting Paris. The MOST quiet place to sleep, thanks! This apartment had everything we needed, and more. Great kitchen and fast wifi. The bed was comfortable and bathroom space adequate. Essential to have the washing machine and drying rack. Only wish, as others have commented, that there were window coverings for night. I realize one can close the outer shutters, which we did in the bedroom, but it feels like being in a fishbowl at night in the living area. Would return to this apartment. Great communication from Lucile and Maxime.

Could not be beaten

The apartment was perfect in every respect and in a convenient central location. The attention to detail by the owner in terms of equipment was excellent. Reception and departure was handled efficiently. The only negative was the parking - if you intend to travel by car you will not be able to park at the residence although it is on a private gated street! So book a parking lot on the internet before you arrive or don't use your car to come to Paris!

Great place to stay in Paris

Our family of 5 stayed in this apartment for a week and truly enjoyed our stay. Arnaud met us at check-in and was very helpful describing the features of the apartment and answering our questions. The location is amazing! It is on a private street with a gate and is very quiet. The metro is only about 50 meters down the street which made getting around very convenient. It is surrounded by bakeries and markets and restaurants, whatever you will need. We highly recommend this to anyone visiting Paris.
