Fantastic place in a fantastic location!
The house is charming and has everything you need for a great holiday! It is the perfect location for exploring Bruges - everything well within walking distance. We were two families staying there, one for each floor which worked perfectly. We felt like we had our own space on each floor but could also hang out in the communal area on the ground floor. If I have any criticisms , they are small and relatively insignificant. I wished for more soft furniture on the communal area, for example, but the grown ups spent time in the kitchen while the kids commandeered the couch. Parking was a bit tricky, but only because of the bridge construction outside of the city walls. Finally the neighbors have chickens so it's an early wake up, but also kind of charming. As I said, these are insignificant complaints and are mostly out of the owners hands. Overall, I would definitely recommend folks stayed here. We certainly were sad to leave.

Great location. We met Lena at the apartment who was lovely and explained everything to us, despite our journey being delayed by 3 hours.
The property itself is a generous size, set on a quiet street with parking straight outside, although this is by a parking card (which comes with the house) that you get free parking for 4 hours at a time. This means that you have to nip back half way through the day to extend the parking. A minor inconvenience though and didn't distract from our stay, just worth noting.
Facilities wise, the house has 4 bedrooms - 2 doubles and 2 rooms with bunk beds in each and 2 travel cots. The stairs are particularly steep however and so we had to be very careful to make sure that the kids were careful on them.
The kitchen is light and has pretty much everything that you need. We like to cook when we are away and a couple of extra mixing bowls and general cooking utensils wouldn't go amiss, but for a few days this was fine. It was also nice to have the yard to get fresh air in.
One thing that I wasn't expecting was for the garden at the rear to have cockerels in it! We didn't find this too much or an irritation but they do like to make some noise very early in the morning, which may be an issue for some.
We also went to the beach a few days, which are about a 30min drive away. Blankenberg and Knokke-Heist we found to be nice but Ostende was not great and we didn't stay.
Overall I would recommend this house for people to stay in as the location was spot on.
Well located and spacious apartment.
We are travelling with another couple and found the apartment perfectly suited to our needs. After arriving from the train station by taxi, Lena welcomed us and gave us a run down of the property and things close by. We each had our own level with bathrooms and enjoyed the spacious living and dining room on the ground floor. The centre of town was an enjoyable 15 minute walk but a fantastic boulangerie, butchers and supermarket were around the corner. We loved our time in Bruge and Bob's apartment is a fantastic base to explore the sights.
Fantastic property in a great location
We had a great time at Bob's property. We are a family of 5 and had lots of space. The location of the property within the old walled city of Brugge was both convenient and spectacular. We would not hesitate to recommend Bob's townhouse or to stay again in the future.
Immaculate home which is kept up very well. We had plenty of space for a family of four and liked the modern clean design. Lena was easy to work with on arriving to pick up keys. The home is an easy walk into town. Highly recommend!
Spacious town house within walking distance of city
Lovely townhouse property which is a 10 minor walk to the centre.
Only negatives were rushing to a restaurant upon arrival in Bruges to pick up the rental keys as the rental owners were away and having to make our own beds upon arrival.
Positives were comfortable beds, great shower, loved the sunny kitchen area and communal seating area.
Would recommend this property for a stay in Bruges and I would stay here again.
