The location of our apartment allows you to easily walk to different historical and cultural places of the city as well as shops without having to use your car. At the foot of the place of the clock, 2 minutes from the Palais des Papes and the Petit Palais, in the street of the tourist office, our address is ideal to visit our city. not forgetting the famous Pont d'Avignon and many more !!

AVIGNON AND SURROUNDINGS

Stay in Avignon allows you to visit the region that offers many sites to see absolutely: The Alpilles (St Rémy de Pce) are 25 kms, Arles Roman city and the Camargue are 35kms. Luberon and all these picturesque villages (Gordes, Roussillon, Lacoste ...) are between 30 and 40 kms. Marseille is 80 km and its surroundings such as creeks, Cassis and its coves to discover. Montpellier and its large sandy beaches are 1 hour drive.
The TGV station is about 10 minutes from downtown by taxi and train station Avignon Centre is 800 meters away.

Perfect location

This lovely apartment is in the most perfect location, close to the heart of the old city, and within easy walking distance to the train and bus station, as well as shops and all kinds of eateries. After our days walking or visiting nearby towns the apartment was the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine! The owners were kind and helpful and arranged a taxi to take us to the TGV station. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Three Red Hat Ladies visit Avignon for Red Hatter Eurohoot 2019

Staying in this property was an amazing experience, as it is right on the main street in the centre of town. So close to shops, tourist informarion, bus and train stations, and wonderful restaurants. Our hosts were most helpful and welcoming, especially as we arrived on an early flight into Nimes, they allowed us to leave our luggage at the property before check in, and carried it upstairs for us. When we left, they also kept our luggage after check out until our taxi arrived, and carried it downstairs for us. We found the property to be very well equiped with crockery, cutlery and glasses, and fans in all the rooms. We loved the Provencal style furnishings too, and found the property had plenty of light . Once the shutters were closed at night, it was very quiet. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower in the large bathroom was easy to access. We were so pleased we decided to rent this property rather than stay in a hotel, as we were close enought to come back to the property for lunch after food shopping at Les Halles market! We were the envy of all our friends, as we were staying at such a fabulous place, we just wish we had been able to stay for longer.

perfect location! just as described!

perfectly located within avignon centre just as perfectly located to use as base location to visit gordes, montepelier, aix, marseilles, etc. from other cities, would get home around 8-9pm at night and did not have a problem parking very spacious, has lots of windows so light and breeze come in only 1 room is air conditioned but the rest have fans evenings got into high 60's so it's doable without ac's espresso maker, washer, dishwasher; nice shower it has no elevator but turned out to be not an inconvenience at all. most places you will visit in provence will not have elevators (restrooms) great and fast communication with owner highly recommended!!!
