Guest house duplex located 150 ft away from main house, all the way at the end of our property.

**We have three listings within the same property. Up to thirteen guests can book among the three listings. If this is something you would be interested in, please reach out via direct message to ensure proper coordination. **

Enjoy your mornings with a fresh brewed cup of coffee overlooking tranquil water while watching the deer roam. This two bedroom/one bath country home is nestled among towering pines and Florida palm trees with a waterfront view of the freshwater canal. Most mornings you will see deer roaming the property.

Looking for something to do? You can take a drive to the casino in Immokalee, visit the Ave Maria town, Naples 5th Ave, Marco Island, and beaches which are all close by.

2 bedrooms,1 bath featuring two queen size beds, kitchen-net, dining area and living room which has a sofa that can hold a 5th person if needed.

Kayaks are for our enjoyment but you are welcome to use them at your own risk and liability!

Please note that the property is in the everglades and works off of a well that is filtered but may still appear to be off colored. This is still safe to drink but we have still included large water filters in every suite's fridge for additional filtration.

Nice quiet area right on river

Stay was great, host’s we’re very responsive when we needed something. Outside area was great with the fire ring and charcoal grill. About 30mins from downtown Naples.

As advertised, a great place to stay

As the description says, the property was as described on the site. The owner was VERY helpful and even provided traffic tips :) The unit was nice and worked perfect for our family. We would recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Immaculately clean

Great property in the Eastern rural part of Naples. Lots of privacy and open space. Nice place to see the stars. The host was always reponsive immidiately to any of my questions. He gave my family and I great suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. I used the kayak twice up and down the canal. It was easy to slip the boat in the water and be on my merry way. Other properties would be too afraid of the legal ramifications to offer this great water activity, so thank you Ricky and Odette! The host had one or 2 fire rings set up complete with firewood and kindling which was very considerate. (We did not end up using them but liked the option) Also, super clean white tile floors! We cooked using the range and microwave so lack of oven wasnt an issue. Lots of places to sit outside and enjoy the country air.

Helpful hosts

The house was just as described, very comfortable and clean with everything needed for a peaceful stay. The directions to the property were perfect. We couldn't figure out how to get the TV to work and within 2 minutes our host was there to fix the problem. I would highly recommend staying in this lovely home.

Very private rural country setting in the Estates, Naples,Florida.Guest house duplex is located 150 feet away from our main house, all the way to the back of our property.
15 minutes to the city,full of trees and wild life.but away from city buzz but about 20 to 35 minutes away from beaches and downtown Naples .
We are 5 minutes a way from Picayune Strand, helpful during hunting season close to some parks where tournaments take place.
The property is big enough to park your personal trailer, RV or boat(Park it, not to have extra guest sleeping there). Just ask.
Outdoor dog in property , he will bark every time he sees somebody but the is very friendly, his name is Atticus ,his job is to keep wild life away.

Upon availability and rent of Sunset Hide A Way North (5 guests), Sunset Hide A Way South (5 guests), and Sunset Hide-A-Way West (3 guests) together you could accommodate a group of up to 13 guests at the same time.

Kayaks are available for our private use but you are welcome to use them for your enjoyment under your own liability and risk.
